This happens to me ALL of the time, so much so that I learned at an early age to RUN! Avoid "bumping into" anyone- I also learned that you can sever those "bonds" especially when they are connected to negative people or someone who hurt you deeply. My advice...be selective on who you allow to enter your space.

It will take time for sure. I have heard this often about smelling the scent or perfume of a dead relative. Me and my dad were never close since he left my mother when I was about 4 years old. He came around some times after those years and I can only remember his scent as having strong armpit, like Indian curry, smell. A few years back I was heading to the movies with a friend. I started telling him about my twin flame whom I dated when I was 16 years old. I missed him so much and wanted to see him once again…as I was talking and walking I turned around and there he was standing by a store near by. Years ago, I woke up at 7:30. Never have I done this before. I’ve always would call my brother whenever I would wake up or that afternoon but that morning I got up at 7:30. I threw on my clothes and I went directly to his house without calling him, I didn’t grab my keys and I was out the door when I got there. Where ever i looked ,his name appeared to me,that day, I saw his name more than 15 times on different places .I was shocked and on the same day, when i looked into the mirror ,he appeared to me😢😮 He was looking at me with a beautiful smile and trying to hide his emotions 🥺. The part about the sense of a piece of a clothing of the smell, the mind communication things that we used to do but I used to show him. We would go into a bar together and hang out and I would have them conversation with a couple and I would ask him to ask these questions, but before I would tell him exactly what they were doing with everything about them things that they wouldn’t even share and I would make them share mentally, and he would be in shock. It was so much fun for me it was.

I saw and hared my SP name in the weirdest places: I came home from work and his initials were painted on a window of the building I lived in. I passed a car also with his initials, and I saw his last name which is not at all common, during Christmas shopping on a kind of sweets, I did not know it existed. On Valentine's day, someone called me and just mentioned him. My current SP's name I saw for a week in language exercises, also his country every single day. After I stopped seeing his name, he started to like every post I made on social media. Also I often hear songs which describes exactly the situation I am in. Also, when I am missing him, and sad about it, it happened 2-3 times that I was just wiping my tears with my hand in the moment when my phone started vibrating and he texted, liked sg...I also dreamed with him. It is not mentioned in this video, but sometimes also feel their presence, just like they are here with you, next to you. I often feel an urge to hug my SP at random times.

Sometimes I wake up unexplainably at non-normal times during the night...when I later check my tech, I see the person was on just at that time (and have often concluded it might've been about me, as I had sent them something that day, let's say). Or sometimes I'm thinking about them just as they reach out to me...but they were clearly on my mind, say, during the time it probably took to type the text...strongly, and for no specific reason. I also tend to get a sudden surge of loving feelings for a particular person *around* the same time each morning (though it CAN vary but tends to be fairly consistent...and I know their schedule varies so some variation would be reasonable)...usually I'm involved in reading something so not really thinking about them and it happens intrusively/ interrupts my whole flow. Not really sure if these experiences fall into the 7...but I've often take them as signs that person is thinking about me, esp given the consistency/ frequency of these events. Curious if I'm making something out of nothing.

Ive had no contact for 3 years, but they've been on my mind. I would think of them, then a song that I equated with them came on the radio, so many times. Supposedly, going to fairs, i had an uncomfortable feeling they were there and close, to have my friends say they were and asked about me. I went to an event with a non mutual friend. On the way, I saw things that reminded me of them. Vehicle, signs, events, a song. The feeling that i was going to see them that night was overwhelming. I did, 2x. They walked into the room and i instantly froze and had to escape shortly after. After i calmed down (i was overwhelmed with emotion) they came back through, and started to come over. I shook my head, and they left. I saw them on their birthday, at a time that they shouldn't have been there, and neither had I. But it was as if, it was supposed to happen, because it was their birthday. Most amazing was a dream I had recently. In which I had run into them, on the road, close to home. They were in a burgundy vehicle, I was in a lime green vehicle (i had a lime green vehicle when i was with them), and had been online dream car shopping for one before bed. In the dream, they stopped to tell me they wanted to get back together. The next morning I got up to go to an appt. It was foggy, but i could see that vehicles headlights in the distance. They are unique looking. I couldn't make out the color, but i thought, thats burgundy. When it passed, i saw it was burgundy. Right behind it was another. 2 in a row. I also couldn't make out the color yet but thought, that's lime green. And sure enough, it was. The odds of that are very rare. I soon saw a raffle for that vehicle, where my matching number won a prize. The other thing was, they gave me a rock. Over the years, i lost it. After they left, i envisioned it coming back to me, down to every detail, like texture, color, feel, markings, temperature. I have a studio, and i keep it neat, knowing where everything is. I did not see this rock there in 2 years. But right after i pictured it, it showed up on the corner of my desk, in plain sight, with all the details of how i imagined it. What these things mean, idk, but i believe it was for a reason.
