Is a short throw shifter worth it on your Nissan 370z?! Install and review

Honestly, after driving with it for a few days its a night and day difference and up there with one of the best mods you can do for the money. The gears are more secure and much quicker to shift into at the cost of harder movent, which may make you accidentally miss gears.
The actual torque specs of the shifter rod bolt is 10 Ft-lbs and the screws on the silver plate are 85 in-lbs if you are using a torque wrench.
