It is unfortunate as a small business who went through COVID and also hired a certified consultant of theirs who fell way short also. They were not even accountable for them and their “customer success” team needs new titles because they were anything but that!!! So disappointing.

I'm a consultant too, and I understand that not all consultants are the same. However, I do see where you're coming from. It's really tough for small businesses, especially those that have gone through the challenges of COVID, to experience subpar service from a consultant who's supposed to be certified and reliable.

Sadly, I have had similar experiences. I believe they are trying to improve the support. It's just that they have grown so fast, I don't believe they were able to keep up on the support side.
