Is there a way to use the mapped information to apply at tag in AC and then trigger an automation (purchase webinar, tag, send a welcome email with the zoom link)? This isn't working so far for me.

Hey Natalie! Actually yes, when you complete the integration, each time someone has the event that you select, the will travel to AC to create a profile for them, and also add a tag. Thank you, @@WildMail_EN! I appreciate your share of knowledge! However - maybe I wasn't specific enough because I wanted to be able to trigger based on the ITEM purchased. And I just got this response from their tech support. If you have a video on how to do this otherwise, please let me know! (I think you can use webhooks but those seem too complicated for me!) OH, I see your response in another comment to use Zapier, which I also didn't get to work. But at least it is a way! "I have confirmed that this can't be achieved with Stripe as the stripe integration is meant to bring over contact data not purchase data like our deep data e-commerce integrations, so there isn't a "makes a purchase" trigger. You can only have data sync based on the resources listed here. For example, a new subscription gets created in Stripe, or an order payment is successful. (Please note that these are only available on a Marketing Plus, Professional or Enterprise plan)

Hey Natalie! It's true! In cases you want to trigger the automation based on an specific item, you should use zapier for it. We have an automation where we explained, but it's only in Spanish 😅. Thanks so much for this video. I have setup the integrations and it seems to have been successful, though the only fields I mapped were email and first name. But when I try to use the Invoice Payment failed recipe in Active Campaign, the trigger is highlighted red and says "This resource has either been removed from the app, or this app no longer triggers automations". Any suggestions to fix this?

Hey Labin :) Yes, I would recommend you to build the automation from scratch and try to use the Stripe trigger. Basically what happened AC & Stripe updated the trigger settings, so is not exactly the same as before. But you should be able to use it with the new changes 🙂. Hey! Well, all the resource that Stripe allow us to use are: - Charge: When a charge it's succeed or refunded - Customer: When a customer it's created or updated - Subscription: When a suscription it's created, updated, deteled, or trial is close to end - Invoice: When a invoice it's created, updated, payment was succeed, payment was failed, or upcoming - Order: When a order it's created, updated, payment was succeed or payment was failed For example, if you just want to know who made a purchase, you can use Charge was succeed 🙂
