Yes Bland at the moment is way better than Air because you are able to do much more. But if you are looking for the fastest AI Caller I would say vapi is.

I thought with the license, the AI sounds much more human, and without the license on the free version, it sounds robotic

No the license just gives you access to "priority calling que" and access to beta features and to there affiliate program.
