I have a family member who hated cauliflower until he ate mine fried. Just break up into bite size pieces, depending on amount break 1 or 2 room temperature eggs pour and coat cauliflower well, while mixing coat evenly with fine seasoned bread crumbs and deep fry until lightly golden brown.

If you watch enough of Steve and Peg's videos, you will notice that they go for "convenience" over "healthy". They will also choose vacations over replacement of their HVAC. (A couple of days of fun over a year of comfort and lower power bills.)

After my Ma had her stroke, a lot of snacks were cut out of her diet - I found these to be perfect for her. One bag of Oyster crackers, 1 Tablespoon melted margarine, 2 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning - put crackers and melted butter in large bag, shake; then add the seasoning, and shake ... you are also supposed to lay it on a cookie sheet and bake on 350F for 20 minutes, stirring often - but Ma could never wait that long

Where we live in Texas our only grocery store sells milk for $4.99 . We only buy the sells items. Or we travel to the next large city & go to Sam’s club. We’re only able to get to Sam’s club about every few months. So we buy as much as possible. Kinda bulk. Even Sam’s club have limits on how much u can buy.

In the winter I buy mostly frozen broccoli without the hard ends. I grab a handful, add a little water, put into a microwave cup with top, microwave for 6 minutes , add butter. Done.delicious. You two are cute together. I save more with Aldi but have to go to Publix at times for non food items. 🪴🌷🌻🌺 Do you live in Michigan?

Aldi Nerd here! Check out the Aldi nerd Facebook group! Lots of recipes and product reviews! I shop Aldi for so many things, especially produce. Never for meats though. We have good local stores that actually cut and grind their own meat and it’s cheaper than Aldi. I have to admit though, if I go thru the Aisle of Shame,(where they sell all kinds of crap that I really want but don’t need), I might come out cheaper by paying more for groceries at the other stores, lol! But I enjoy it!
