Really enjoyed this post and love to see at least someone has the courage to say the truth. Being an elite i20 owner ,I feel the car is not at all value for its price tag. It doesn't have anything good, except the looks and loads of features. The car is lethargic less fuel efficient less dynamic and lifeless steering. Finally feel cheated when India spec model which is available in South Africa scored Zero star in crash tested. This car is as bad as tin can though having extra weight.

Totally wrong analysis elite i20 has the most comfortable experience on long trips. And no car can even match it interns of look. And as far as performance is concerned it is decent and if this engine is put in tin baleno then it will perform well so basically it's the kerb weight. And also getting milege is in you hands. So I beleive that you should have opted for tin baleno if you needed more milege and performance at the cost of risking your life

Wow.. Loved this video.. Its really shocking to realize this.. Hyundai, I think, is just taking a ride on the Indian consumers just because people are going mad behind the brand. Of course Hyundai is a decent company with a good quality product range but all of its cars are overpriced. Even Creta i feel is overpriced by1-1.5 Lks atleast especially the top variants. But..as long as you have takers, despite of being overpriced, why should Hyundai think of selling it cheaper. 6:36 you're comparing a Honda City IVT with an i20 Turbo DCT! A fairer comparison would be with the i20 Asta 1.2L IVT, which has an ex-showroom price of 9.69L. "Base price" of 7.51L, which is around 1L lesser than base price of the City variant. This is also going to reflect as 3-4 lakhs(!) difference in the hands of the customer, due to higher GST and higher road tax. The customer isn't going to look at "base price" of the City and say "this is value for my money", because in the end their "value" is attached to how much THEY have to pay from their pocket. Your comparison at 5:11 makes more sense, and it comes down to whether a customer will choose a 6-year-old model with a more powerful 1.5L engine, but inferior infotainment + music system + no connected features. It can also be argued that the i20 has possibly more rear cabin space than the 4th-gen City.

Hi Helpline team ! This is to ask for a suggestion . I recently bought a Kia seltos htk+ variant. It’s just 2 weeks old . Ran into problems already. The battery was all drained out and the message on showed key not detected. Called up Kia helping and a guy from the support had come to give a jump start and said it’s usual issues in new cars. I kept the car open for an hour and after that it was good. Again at night I tried again but this time again it kept saying key not detected and basically nothing is working. Not even able to open the cars doors and start . I think it’s not battery but wiring issues .. no after market fittings have been done. Can you please guide or suggest what can be done? Is it a big defect ,? What should I do now . please advice . Thank you

Why someone is not putting any case on State Governments which is taking road taxes on already paid taxes? Sad truth of weird taxation policies. That's why we don't get good cars in India which are ruling in other parts of world.
