Dr. Zakir, please correct yourself.... why are you confusing, like other so-called ulema..... Don't you get this sahi HADITH Sunan Abu Dawood 2052, kitabun Nikah.... GRADE SAHI ( AL- ALBANI) SUNAN ABU DAWOOD 2052 BOOK12, HADITH 7 BOOK 11, HADITH 2047.... Narrated Abu Hurayra razi Allahu anhu: The prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said: The adulter who has been flogged ( repents to Allah subhnahutala) shall not marry save the one like him... In Musannaf Abu Dawood it is narrated that Abu Hurayra razi Allahu anhu said: The messenger of Allah blessings and peace of Allah be upon him said: "No fornicator on whom the hadd punishment ( who repents to Allah subhnahutala) has been carried out, should marry anyone but one who is like him" and it was narrated that one on whom the hadd punishment had been carried out because of fornication ( repented to Allah subhnahutala) married one on whom it has not been carried out ( i.e.,who was chaste), and ALI, razi Allahu anhu SEPERATED THEM.... Why do scholars ( so-called ulema) hide this hadith.... We have an authentic reference, why do they confuse the people..??? It may not be a dead breaker for some, but it can be one for others, don't you feel like hiding the sin that comes under the cheating category, and it is not permissible at any cost in our deen....do you find any authentic reference, that sahaba had done this type of act... First, the guy (zani) repents to Allah subhnahutala and finds the similar partner who has repented like that guy (zani)... This is what the Qur'an and hadith say.... Don't you think, that hiding the sin , it wouldn't help to build a strong wedding, it is not a sin that concerns only the person, who did but also their spouse, so the excuse of " not wanting to disclose sins" sounds quite empty here, and I am sure that those who hide behind it would be the first enraged if others did the same to them.... obviously you don't have to get too much into the details but being real about such a thing would, on the contrary make you appears as someone honest.its always good to treat with others like we would like to be treated.....

My questions 1.what are ruling to marry a revert who has committed zina before he/she was muslim..... Should a pure person not marry them ... 2. What if a man does adultery after marriage and woman is pure , but not able to feed herself after taking khula (or her parents will not accept her after taking khula and she doesn't want to live with a fornicator) what should she do in that scenario, (say she has enough mehr money but as we know mehr is only given after talaq and not khula). .

I don’t think this is correct. If there are any exceptions to the rule, Quran tend to be very explicit in the text. Like in the following cases: And the two who commit it [i.e., unlawful sexual intercourse] among you - punish [i.e., dishonor] them both. But if they repent and correct themselves, leave them alone. Indeed, Allāh is ever Accepting of Repentance and Merciful. Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allāh has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allāh would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them [lightly]. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allāh is ever Exalted and Grand. But here it doesn’t mention any exceptions: The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that [i.e., marriage to such persons] has been made unlawful to the believers.

I think it is more of a generalization than a law that like dissolves like. Otherwise it would be like a muslim fornicator can marry an idolatress

so theres no solution for them? if they repent and they mary fornicator or polyteist that means they just wait to die and go to hell? specially if its a muslim women. where it also said that its not allowed for them to marry and unbeliver..and they did fornication in the past and wish to change their life? so they need to ask the guy did you fornicate before marrying? or choose an unbeliver to marry?

@@minawina9494 these people are clueless, if he/she repents they are good to go. But make sure how important it is to your potential spouse if he/she is someone whos willing to focus on the present and let go of past thats best. But if not being in any type of past relationship is important to them the boy/girl who committed zina should have the intelligence to move on from that proposal and marry someone whos ok with it. But as long as the other party doesnt care about the past you can gladly go and marry them.
