Confession before police is not admissible as evidence with limited exception of section 27 Indian evidence act.. Please go through sections 24 to 27 of Indian evidence act

@@nitinkhannalegalexpo You are right Sir, but special acts such as NDPS does have provisions for such confessions, isn't it? Rhea Chakraborti NDPS case is recent example..she retracted in court whatever she confessed to NCB

Sir bank se bike loan liya tha 2012 se 2015 ke beech maine pure emi bhi bhar diye,uske baad mujhe bank ne 2015 aur 2016 me notice bheja ki aapne pure emi bhar diye hai,lekin cheque bounce ke charges dene padenge nahi to court me case kar denge,lekin 2016 ke baad aajtak 2021 tak mujhe court se notice nahi mila hai kya etne saal baad ab bank criminal case kar sakta hai Please reply
