Is an MBA worth it...?

I will discuss if an MBA is worth it and mention Pros/Cons. This will be honest real talk for anyone considering getting an MBA whether you are a college senior looking into deferred MBA programs or a young professional (entry-level to mid-level) looking into full-time MBA and part-time MBA programs.
For example, there's Harvard 2+2 program, Chicago Booth Scholars, Yale Silver Scholars, Stanford and more.

Thanks for the insightful video. I personally have been debating with the MBA vs MS programs (especially CS). As 9:33, you also referenced specialized MS programs. Would love to get your thoughts on MBA vs specialized MS programs (like MS Computer Science).

Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching Jaime! I know CS is the most popular major these days and hopefully, big tech recovers so there's more jobs down the line. If I were you, I'd only go for specialized programs if I really wanted to get into engineering, for instance. To me, MBA is more for a well-rounded skillset since there's a bit of finance, consulting strategy, and marketing mixed into it. Of course, if you choose a school with a flexible curriculum, then you can tailor your experience even more and only take tech-focused classes (AI/ML). Chicago Booth has a program that lets you do both MBA and CS classes. It's called MPCS.
