I completely agree with you. It is really weird how AA decides to drop a teaser and 2x events on the weekend that Vanguards is updating. Also you are 100% right about AA being the golden child. A lot of fans of AA act like its a perfect game when its not. I think its weird how AA would want to try and kill Vanguards. I think that having competition pushes both of the games to be better. Like before AA got shutdown it had so many problems but not a lot of people talked about them inclusing myslef and AA didn't fix a lot of them because there was nothing to compete. No matter what they did or didn't do people would still play their game. Now it is a lot different with so many different tower defense games. Only time will tell what happens. (Love the vids btw)

@Heorn-v9k yea it'll be interesting to see what happens. I want the 2 games to compete to hopefully try to be better but this just feels like a petty thing to do from AAs perspective

Probably true, but it's sadly not really surprising to be honest. AA don't really have much benefit to letting other competition thrive, and would likely prefer to just kill it off from the roots as quick as possible. They have the biggest slice of the cake by a massive margin, doubt they would want to risk losing it, killing off other places to go to is just one way of removing that possibility. 👍

it is odd ig, didnt aa always update at the end of the month? I dont remember the old update schedule but I think this was similar to astd vs aa updates too. It probably their strat to kill games. edit: watching alittle ahead, I completely agree about any news, jackshit and all of a sudden, updates with 2x event causes its ending soon. No warnings, even sneakpeeks, no annoucements saying like "next week 👀" or "News soon", nothing. Now an aa competitor announces hyped update and there is something. Like I said before, this happened with astd. Oh well, AA is not perfect but I personally enjoy AA more than others so I dont mind spending money and playing it. Av updates looks fire and Rezero units??!! Im in lol. Sucks now cause I have aa, av, ar events, and some undertale td event plus waiting for astd prime to come out
