accept and acknowledge your anxiety don’t try to ignore it. You need to REALIZE everything your feeling is ONLY DUE to anxiety. There’s nothing wrong with you, once you acknowledge it’s just anxiety it goes away over time. It’s okay to think about it, as long as you don’t care about it. Stop watching these videos, literally just don’t even give a fuck about it. And it goes away over time. don’t look for short term comfort because it won’t go away overnight it slowly fades away, just acknowledge it! I’m coming back to help because I am fully recovered and want to show everyone recovery is possible. YOU GOT THIS! EVERYTHING WILL GO BACK TO NORMAL, SMILE BE HAPPY! Look forward to the recovery and the journey :)

The thoughts you think about should not scare you anymore, you should just acknowledge them. Because the fact that you recognize that those thoughts aren’t normal just proves YOU ARE normal. These thoughts go away once you acknowledge and don’t care about any of it. Good luck feel free to ask me any questions about my recovery :)

Did you recovered from dpdr?
@diegogutierrez17503 жыл бұрын
@@thc7865 yes DPDR isn’t a disorder. It’s a result of anxiety. Once you get rid of anxiety that goes along with it as well. anxiety is like a cold, and dpdr is like a cough from the cold. Once your not sick anymore you don’t cough.

I had it for 6 years after a chronic stress induced panic attack, it went away when the stress in my life cleared (aka got divorced) and i stopped focusing on it. 6 years of hell gone just like that. Went a year and stress brought it back. Struggled for another year (mostly with intrusive thoughts), beat it once I finally understood what was up and taking the info in the book A Life At Last seriously. Went 2 years free and several months of chronic stress brought it back a little over a month ago, but now that I know what's up, I'm mostly back to normal again. 99% of symptoms gone and as I write this today I'm mostly back to normal, but this time I'm taking stress a lot more seriously, not to mention a bunch of other lifestyle factors that contribute to it. Stop over stimulated and stressing yourself out.

‘’You can bend, but never break’’, that’s so true! 🙏 I think the problem also is that some people think that they are going to be happy all the time after recovery. Rainbows, leprechauns & unicorns everywhere. But, anxiety, sadness, etc are natural emotions, and part of life. It’s just that once you understand the mechanics and you truly heal yourself, you don’t find yourself caught up in the cycle again. Wishing everybody a true and beautiful recovery. You can get out of it! 💛

I am on my road to recovery and it’s been weeks of feeling good with a few bumps now and then. Today has been a really hard day for me. I felt like I was getting so anxious.. my heart was racing.. feeling light headed.. intrusive thoughts..ugh. I hate this feeling. Keeping telling myself that it’s ok to feel anxious and just keep doing what I was doing.

Hi Shaan,ur videos r really helpful.My daughter is going through anxiety ,she just can't make it to high school.Shes in A levels.Yet she doesn't want to quit.The problem is she doesn't like online sessions and ur mentor programme is pricey too. So is it better for her to take a break from school till she comes out of it? Meanwhile ur videos will b helpful for her too.

Hi Ermine, Shaan has a free group you can join via Facebook, search "Overcome Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depersonalization, and Derealization". In this group, he put sections as Units to guide people with Anxiety and these are free stuff step-by-step. Also, if you like to pursue on the "lifetime mentorship", that's where he offers a considerable plan, hope this can help, you can access this too: byebyepanic.com/byebyepanic-live-webinar/
