I feel this was a missed opportunity to release new sculpts for the Kairic Acolytes. Would have loved to have another unit of 20 with both male and female acolytes.

This video was awesome man. My younger brother has kind of been on the fence for a while about jumping in and he likes the aesthetic of the LRL, so this might be a way for us to get him into it.

Handy to know: you can take a unit of Bladelords as Battleline for each Scinari Hero model in the army. So in this box the Bladelords are technically the only Lumineth Battleline unit.

I think the new tzeench sculpt looks great. I think both of them have pros, but the new helmet is awesome

nice overview. The Bladelords do have the ability 'guardian' with allows wound transfer from Scinari. What is your expectation for a bodyguard ability?

I believe you said the box contained two sets of Kairic Acolytes which would add another $55 to the value.

Are we certain there will be 20 Kairic Acolytes in the box? Echoes of Doom has 10 Stormvermin when they too, usually, come in a box featuring 20 as standard. Does the sprue layout for the Acolytes allow for just 10? I'd be disappointed if this were the case!

Storm vermin are more elite where as these guys are chaff battleline. I'd be very surprised if it was only 10.

Nice breakdown. I'm disappointed to see Tzaangors yet again. I guess GW has an overstock of them because they forced them on TS for40k as well. I play Tzeentch, but very few mortals, so this is a no go for me. I'd love a true horrors box. Give me some pinkies and then a set of blues and brimstones for the split. Of course, we'll never see that. It would be way to cost effective for the Tzeentch player to get them all in one. Still, a nice breakdown, and you've got me interested in those elves. I agree the face looked a bit weird, but I think they overdo it when trying to paint details. Pick a skin tone, a dot for the eyes, and a wash to bring out the details and you're all set. There's no way I could do such precision as shown, but it honestly makes them look strange.

New curseling looks awesome 👌. I agree with most the old one didn't need an update but I'm glad it did cause this one is 100x better. Looks more thousand sons meets aos while the old one looks like a derpy nurgle model painted in tzeentch colours.

I don't like the posing at all on the new one and I liked the whispering and the old one. no one doesn't have any kind of discernible profile. it just looks like another running towards you line unit

I think the new sculpt sucks. doesn't have any of the flavor that the old one did. doesn't have that creepy whispering thing going on has too much distraction with the curves and the swords and the random horn. and that was one thing I didn't like about the old model was that random giant blade on his back and I would have clipped it off. I feel like all GW's models are starting to look the same with this semi in motion pose

It comes with lumineth, therefore not worth getting. Kangaroo riding dr. Suess spirit cathay rip-offs.
