For jee focus on clearing your maths concept in 11th and 12th ..start workig drawing first startig with basic line practice and basic shapes and slowly shifting to compositions and scenerio..for nata since exam pattern is more of logical thinking uh can go for the uceed exam nd also see this year exam paper its not sure when uh will give exam pattern will be same but go both ways drawing and logical aptitude because in college sketching is really important specially first year . For aptitude uh can get ample of material online on youtube and some webpages .if uh give 1 hr for drawing practice and then atleast 2 hourse for aptitude and maths and aptitude its enough.time management is important

Seeing Job ads saying "4-5 years experience, Salary 20-25k per month". A 3d Visualizer working in an Interior Design Firm earns more. Imagine drafting a working drawing for an apartment and earning less than the security guard of that building. Unless you can establish yourself in satellite towns with high growth potential or get a government job it's difficult.

Not same in all cities... In ties 2 & tier 3 cities, principal architects forces to come on every Sunday. Full time sitting job is also not good.. be it in any field. You could face health issues. Only higher income group are able to afford an architect, else we all know that how much an architect gets paid off, if working for middle income groups. Sometimes people says that "my father could make a NAKSHA, so why will I pay you the professional fees?

It's totally depends on him. What he wants to become in future. or in which field he is more interested like designing a building then go for Architecture which is purely a construction field or else if he likes to design materialistic stuff like Jewellery, product, furniture etc then he should definitely go for Designing one that is B.Des. Remember one thing: After completing the B.Des course he will get eligible to take admission in masters i.e M.Des. But after doing Architecture i.e B.Arch (5-year course) he is eligible for both that is M.Arch as well as M.Des also.
