There is only one solution to kashmir problem. Remove article 35A and article 370 from the constitution. After this allow hindus from all over the country to settle in jammu and kashmir. Help them to purchase land there. Help them to setup business and industries. Dear Mr. Riyaj Punjabi, apologies if may be wrong, since you stated that the great advantage of 370 being land given away to the tiller.. I would like to cast some light on facts, which are hereby stated- 1. Big Landed Estates Abolition Act, which stated that land belong to the Tiller and not the Leaser, was actually introduced on 11th October, 1950 by Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah when after UN resolution plebiscite terms were not met and he couldn't consolidate power. After this act, elections were announced which obviously Sheikh Abdullah won by a landslide given the majority Muslim population which he appeased. (Given the fact that mostly tillers were muslims and Leasers were Jammu Hindus and Kashmiri Pandits) Also to further appease the vast majority muslims, the then Revenue Minister Mr. Mirza Afzal Baig announced that there would be no compensation for those who lost their land. 2. This act led to violent protests among the minority population and Pandit Nehru was forced to intervene which followed by the Delhi Agreement (July 1952), where Article 370 was incorporated into our constitution. So please make me understand, since facts suggest that Article 370 was born in situation led by Land Reform Act, how can one say that Land Reform was the positive aspect of Article 370. Again apologies if I may be wrong about the facts, since these are the archives of J&K.

I feel that Maharastrata state also pass resolution of 370. Only Maharastrata state domiciled should buy and sell to each other. No other state people allow to buy or sell agriculture as well as non agriculture land and properties.

When Kannit and Gilgit were annexed to Pakistan. In same way Kashmir is annexed and part of India. As POK remains to be settled, annexation of IOK has no reason to remain outside. As MPs are elected and have been in central cabinet too, there is no reason why State approval is needed. As MPs of Kashmir had been in central cabinet, it is assumed that article 370 does not exist and died over time.
