Technically, he has three. 1. The Orange League (many don’t want to count it, that’s fine). 2. The Alola League (Not only does he win the chip, but also the very difficult exhibition match right after that). 3. The World Championship, where he beats 3 proper regional champions in a row.

Technically Ash never officially ages in the cartoon he stayed 10 but if you placed him between 14-17 by the end of the series 7 years with one championship is trash especially when he had/met super powerful Pokemon but always used some trash combination of weak Pokemon and could have captured plenty of Legendaries but didn't even take advantage of the opportunity he was garbage if Red was the protagonist he would have been the Champion of the Elite 4 by now
