Title says it all! Tell me what you guys think, how does this make you feel? I'm trying not to get hyped, but im not gonna lie im a little hopeful for the future if this ends up being as cool as it sounds!

@@RasAnnunaki my memory isn't so great these days but I was with a clan called BRMS and then formed a different group with a guy called inspectorsnap but I can't remember the name. I was awful at Assassinate. I couldn't get the hang of the lock on/lock off thing you guys were doing. And peeps like EvilAssassin could bait wall grab people like me....I stuck with defense on AA lol.

First of all this was so crazy to watch your opening on a new video related to AC Multiplayer, it felt like the old days! Based on my experiences in marketing I think they're basically confirming that they are working on a multiplayer to some degree. But that could be based on ACB-AC4 multiplayers or it could be like AC Unitys co-op. I like to believe its some combination of both but I have trust issues with Ubisoft so they could just be making something completely new and random. But whatever it is I hope its something we all love and brings the community back together

They can basically do whatever they want, it wouldn't be hard to add the old games to the hub, will they? I have no idea, I hope so even if they wanna charge for them. Better than not having them. The new multiplayer stuff is the only certainty and how it will be we'll just have to see.

I have a feeling the reason they have shutdown the multiplayer for older games is because they plan of releasing a ultimate version with all characters across multiplayer all locations and modes but might end up being a subscription based thing. It’s the word hub that gets me thinking. I really want multiplayer back though loved it so much.

That was the best version of Assassinate...when they changed the incognito bonus to have the time delay it changed how people played the game and it became less stealthy and more run around crazy town. It killed the beauty of that mode.

I would hope they bring back ACB/ACR multiplayer. And honestly, if they have this in mind, that would be right up their alley to take down current MP. Leave people wanting those multiplayer games, leave Black Flag to still mess with then, shut down Black Flag and launch them all on Infinity and charge people to rebuy them.

I'm pretty sure they are working on a new Standalone Multiplayer title called Invictus, or maybe that's just the team that's in charge of creating multiplayer experiences and they really will put all the old game multiplayers in there too. I fully expect them to be free with microtransactions like skins etc, if ubisoft is smart anyway. What better way to attract NEW players to the multiplayer.

If you look at a really popular game like borderlands 2 . On pc they are modding new maps and keeping the game alive also posts from joltzdude really help keep that amazing game alive. Is it possible for people to do the same with AC multiplayer and remod all the previous AC multiplayer games into one. The characters /maps/modes and relaunch it , even pc only. If ubisoft did it and sold it , it would be awesome. The music , the emotion good and bad , the winning,the losing, the bad internet connection, the trolling,the skill, the lag, the fun. Looking back now it's never been matched. PLEASE UBISOFT BRING IT BACK 🙏

Honestly I miss AC multiplayer ;-; I was only 10 when I started playing BrotherHood and Revelations multiplayer. Eventually AC3 And AC4 but I preferred relevations the most as it gives me the most nostalgic feeling. I'm 20 now. How time flies.

If they are bringing back MP with this project Infinity and they bring back all the other MPs from all games. It's Ubisoft so they might try and make it subscription based thing. I'm kind of worried what they will do.

That's fair, they might. TBH if its good enough AND they aren't charging for the ability to play all of the older AC titles on his hub I wouldn't even mind a subscription. Honestly, Ubisoft just needs to go with free to play for all multiplayer content, with special skins/weapons/animations for sale in the shop if they want to monetize. That way people can support the game/s and get whatever cool stuff they like at the same time, without any pay to win involved. I fully support microtransactions on free to play titles as long as they are cosmetic only.

When you say capture the flag do you mean Artifact Assault or Steal the Artifact? (I think that's what it was called) I adore Artifact Assault which made me better at the free for all version, but I prefer team based, ya know?

Man I would kill to have a new mp. I feel like it will be hard for people to get into it if it is not free to play though. I hate to endorse it, but for people to stick around on playing it, they need to add cosmetic micro transactions and some form a battle pass to entice players to keep playing.

Exactly my thoughts. Free to play, microtransactions like skins and different weapons/animations. They'd make a killing and attract a new audience at the same time. People don't wanna pay to try a multiplayer game unless they KNOW they're gonna like it. And F2P models are the way of the future, as shown by so many games in the last 10-20 years.

@@jdxD2511 I hope you're not referring to some PC related version of ACR prepatch, because on Xbox it was excellent. They may have fixed a few bugs with the patch, but I don't remember many bugs that were that impactful. Also, the features they removed were some of the best things about prepatch ACR. Locking in animation made manhunt/Assassinate and really just anything a lot more fluid, fast paced, and fun. Oh I forgot about the smoke bomb changes, probably the fucking worst part... You can't actually think post patch ACR is better lol.. im so confused did you even play Prepatch ACR on console at the time?

@@jdxD2511 literally EVERY time ubisoft has patched a game, it was worse afterwards. Same thing happened with the AC3 Patch. "Removed drop stuns" but added reverse drop stuns, an actually abusable form of drop stuns that good players could now use against people, I found it super annoying, you couldn't chase people up to a wall or up to anything like that because they'd just drop on you if they were good. A chase bug was introduced also with the patch in Assassinate it was terrible. Ubisoft trying to patch stuff just never ended up well lol
