Is BattleBit Remastered worth it? (Honest Review 2024)

A review of Battlebit Remastered in 2024 for new players who have never played before. I'll describe the game, discuss its good and bad points, and then give you my recommendation on if it's worth it.

I had a chance to play 3 or 4 early play test over the last few years. I knew at that time, it was going to be great. I don't play any other shooter anymore, this is my daily since release.

@@DarckAngel11people just don’t like to give it a chance because the roblox art style. Everyone I knew was hesitant, but ended up loving it after giving it a try. Battlebit is my favorite fps game since I first tried it back in July 2023. It’s just a pure casual FPS shooter. If you love FPS games, you’ll love battlebit. I can’t explain it, but it’s just perfect fps.

Hi great video. I'm really considering buying it now that it's on sale. However, and I like to give feedback to smaller KZbinrs, your thumbnail could do some more work. The video and voiceover aren't bad considering the nature of the video - since you are straight to the point. Also, you could skip 'here is an example of ' with cutting straight to the action.

Thanks! How would you improve the thumbnail? And those lines were to highlight that the background footage was now relevant to the discussion instead of generic, but I can see how they're redundant

@@ClippyTactical Usually when you stop speaking and the sound of the background increases it draws attention, for me anyway. For the thumbnail, I'd maybe want to change the font and add vignette. maybe choose a better background image (maybe something that stands out), change the colour of the text to something that pops more. I know I'm not the best with thumbnails but look at others' thumbnails and see what makes theirs work.

BattleBit Remastered хорошая игра, но для моего региона (Ru) цена сильно кусается. По геймплею, имхо, это похоже на смесь Insurgency Sandstorm и Battlefield. Элементы милсима немного уменьшают динамику, но это для меня плюс, потому что мне после боестолкновения требуется передышка. В общем, я доволен покупкой BattleBit Remastered) и рекомендую её, но для своего региона советую брать игру на скидках Чего я жду от игры? Новые карты и оружие. Когда Berretta ARX180 (вопрос который я хочу задать разработчикам)? :3

Брат на funpay подарком стоит 800-900 рублей это меньше пары скинов в варзоне или фортнайте , менее 10$ за игру унижающую dice и Activision это супер маленькая цена , я наоборот щас пытаюсь найти возможность напрямую поддержать разработчиков условно отправив usdt или ton ТК Стим берет большую комиссию да и скины не покупаю принципиально , а вот отправить 10-15 usdt напрямую разработчикам очень хочется

The low-poly graphics make this game so much better. AAA shooter games have had problems with visual clarity in recent years, but this game reminds me of the good old days of ps2 shooters where everything stands out. I know exactly what I'm looking at and I'm not dying to bullets that feel like they're coming from ghosts inside walls etc. Highly recommend this one, it is better than every battlefield game I've played since bad company 2.

Late april but it has been delayed several times, so it could slip further back.

It also really depend on which region you playing, Brazil or AU, you no longer see those server region popular anymore, asia is usually only crowded late night in my timezone, in the release the devs will always have consistent update but nowadays it took longer now, so in 2023 it 100% worth it while 2024 not so much imo

I am Brazilian. Over the past six months, the game has not received any major updates, which is really disappointing. What I wanted most was weapon customization like in real life, allowing me to attach two scopes to a weapon, for instance. Additionally, it would be amazing if the game included shotguns that are not yet available, new military vehicles, and artillery, making it a true war simulator. I can only imagine how exciting it would be to customize every detail of the weapons, choose different types of ammunition and accessories, and engage in intense battles with varied equipment. The realism of a battlefield filled with modern military vehicles, heavy artillery, and a wide range of customizable weapons would make the gaming experience truly immersive and rewarding.

I think they're steering it more the other way (towards a casual shooter than mil-sim like) and I'd say it's the right choice, to maintain a healthy playerbase

that the starter weapons are good is a very good thing same in bf1 i think they should always have alrounded weapons as starters and nice weapons you unlock

Indeed. Most of the unlocked weapons feel like variants, not just "strictly better version" (except the snipers where the first three unlocked are just straight upgrades lol)

Maybe you've only played on the big servers. It's only available at 32v32. It's called rush, same as the Battlefield series game mode if you've played it. There's usually at least one server with it that's active

Tldr: super worth it Side note: I disagree time to kill is lower than other FPS. It’s actually quite high, killing people takes a lot of bullets, especially with armour system. If I was developer I would decrease it, perhaps about 15 percent.

Depends what you eant to get into. If you want a milsimish game then its just not that anymore because of how well sweats abuse game mechanics right now. Lack of suppression effects means that lmgs dont have a particular role and there is no punishment for just sweaty speed plays. Policing and politically correct chat just killed voip. Basicaly the game is losing its vision and becoming cod with battlefield elements. It either picks a vision and sticks to it or it will become watered down until its just another shooter like cod or bf.

They started out milsim but intentionally went towards a battlefield game feel and from what I've seen of the next update, are continuing to cater to casuals. Nothing wrong with that, they need a healthy player base first and foremost

@@ClippyTactical I think that lack of sticking to their guns is what is causing battlebit to lose interest. If they really steer harder into battlefield then IMO they will lose a lot more players. As far as I can tell the changes they have planned seem like they cater to casuals but IMO really cater more to the tryhards. We will have to see im hyped for the update anyways just wish there was some more ironing out of the vision.

I still love this game, big downside for asian players though as most asian population are gone and you have to play 250 ping plus with NA. Honestly very playable still but I wish the playerbase and servers were as full as they used to be.

It's more towards the realistic end of the scale for sure - it's the only way in a 256 player server, that you are able to multikill easily
