Archaon is a Mortal and Be'lakor is a Daemon Prince. Of course it makes sense for Be'lakor to have the Foot Elite Daemons and Archaon don't get that chance to gain them, if everyone has everything no one has anything special nor unique anymore. So aye, what you're saying is not a problem.

I'd say give it 8/10 9/10 if he got Wades through Gore and Nakai's trait (I saw Kroq Gar but not Nakai) as well as the regen crown. But since he got the sword and was missing a key trait and item 8/10 is fine. Will say though, good on him for using Wood Elves as the test faction, since they're usually the hardest to fight out of anyone.

How do I get wades through gore and how does it work?

@@mrrip7184 It gives you +20% max hp at max levelled trait. It can be achieved by LOSING HALF your troops or more repeatedly in battle. Please note that it apparently counts number of troops lost, not balance of power. Thus a one-man doomstack can easily farm for it by adding in one unit of cannon fodder per battle until Wades Through Gore is achieved.

Hi. I played more then half of N'Kai-s campaign (the primary mode not Immortal Empires) and you can get it too. In Slssneshes realm, on the last passage, I got a 'Relax' event (rest and enjoy the view, get 40K favor, get a follower that grants +20% campaign movement among other things and Slaaneshes blade).

I got nearly 2k kills the other day just by spamming pit of shades on reinforcements while my army fought the starting army. The way the AI moves reinforcements to help fight bunches them up so insanely well and he can KEEP them blobbed up due to how low the cooldown is due to father of shadow. I feel like he's a doomstack without good units, without being min maxed. Just max pit of shades, arcane conduit and father of shadow and bam, he's a monster. 6 winds on a vortex spell on that low of a cd is insane. In fact, he's SO strong, my first campaign with him, first campaign as warriors of chaos, I immediately knew to take the sword of Khaine on someone else because it would be wasted on him. Why not have 2 insane lords rather than just 1 lord that's "too powerful".

Honestly the warriors of chaos right now probably have the largest number of lords they can make one-man-doomstacks from. Be'lakor, Vilitch, Azazel, Archaon, Kholek and _maybe_ Valkia (though it's unclear if she can be a one-woman-doomstack without the bane spear). Festus I can't see being a viable solo doomstack just because he's geared much more around being a support lord, but he's incredible with giants, and I've yet to see the viability of sigvald.

@@1453YT They can get it, but confederating them with the weapon is impossible anyway, WoC confederation gets only the legendary lord, all the other lords and heroes die, so even if Azazel's faction has it, you won't get the weapon because Azazel will have his own sword

Pro way to get unlimited exp, cash and souls at the start of your belakor campaign: take your main settlement then go get festus (who will likely have middenheim too) park and army at wach and put the two gifts on that reduce control. Then farm away on those repeated rebellions. Leave them to grow a little bit by sitting in the settlement. Cheeseeee

I'd give it a 7. It took on two full stacks, didn't come out at full health, needed a decent amount of micro, and had both the Sword of Khaine and didn't have Wades Through Gore. With as good as some of the one mans can be, I don't think it COULD be higher than an 8.

I think if he'd had the Crown of Everlasting Conquest he would've stayed much closer to the cap, as he'd be looking at a base of +0.2% heal constantly in addition to everything he got in this, which would've been pretty crazy. I've gotten his HP up to 15,776 which is just crazy. 0.2% of that per second is 31 HP per second base, with it maxing out at 95 hp per second, and a total health pool of 27608. He's definately strong, and without the sword of khaine you can still hit something like 85 - 90% resistance to ranged (ward save + missile resistance). Using that with his unique weapon lets you farm kills on infantry to get the full bonus (+40 melee attack and +100% ap weapon damage) which then makes him fantastic at single entity sniping. Still, he's definately not as powerful as villitch, and might not even beat Malus darkblade. A key issue he has is that without the sword of khaine, he'd have to get gotreks trait in order to grab unbreakable as he is a flying creature. That said, I think it's worth mentioning that Be'lakor is very easy to make into a pseudo one man doomstack, and will end up being able to solo most single armies just through normal play, rather then requiring a huge amount of work and item farming. Definately a lot of fun at the very least, and probably the best of the "huge entity" doomstacks, realistically being able to match or beat skarbrand and Kholek when actually perfected (which this wasn't).

Hey, Legend! Can you, please, explain the difference between hero on foot, on middle mount (horse or like that) and on big mount (dragon or like that). Base on my experience, heros on foot survive longer and take less damage. Which option is better?

Big units are bigger and easier to hit, both for ranged since they are a larger target and for melee since more units can be adjacent to them and attacking them. However size gives you more mass which makes it easier to move through enemies units and the speed to escape from enemies. so yes smaller units would last longer if you sit them in combat and leave them there however the mounts give you mobility which in theory allow you to do more.

Hey there! Not Legend here but thought I'd toss in a reply. It really depends on what role you want that hero/lord to serve in your army. Characters on mounts or monsters tend to have more health, but that can be offset by a few factors. Larger characters usually take more damage because they have more 'surface area'. This applies to melee (more infantry can attack a large model's base than a human-sized character's) but more importantly, it applies to missiles. Missile attacks (arrows, magical projectiles, etc) apply their damage as long as they contact the character's model and they aren't blocked. Obviously, this means that missiles will impact bigger models much more often, and focus fire can absolutely melt them (For example, Ku'gath, one of the tankiest lords, can be shredded by a few units of peasant archers). As for the options -- as I said before -- it's all about their role. If you have a lord you really want to be in there pumping out damage, you'll probably want them on a mount. If you care more about letting them get stuck in and surviving for a long time, it might be useful to have them on foot -- but this does diminish their ability to deal damage and makes them somewhat more vulnerable to dueling characters or cavalry (small units will be more likely to get pushed around, keeping them from attacking). On the other hand, with a unit like a caster with poor combat stats, you'll want them mounted whenever available. In that case, the mobility option is the most important. Slapping a wizard on a warhorse or pegasus and keeping them out of melee vastly improves their survivability as long as you can react to ranged focus-fire.

It is possible, but it's not very good. Skarbrand is so big and being a melee only lord, he takes too much damage fighting armies with lots of missile troops. Gorefeast can heal him when he's in melee so that's required. I'd suggest getting his ward save/physical resist to a combined 80-90%. For that you need Sigvald's defeat trait, Wurrzag's defeat trait, Archaon's defeat trait. (All of them give physical resist). I doubt you can get the Isabella regen one since the A.I. always picks Vlad to be the lord. The Sword of Khaine is probably the easiest unbreakable weapon to get, but the bane spear would probably be better.

You get it via isabellas defeat trait. Normally isabella is not a legendary lord but if you wipe out vlads faction before endgame crisis triggers then isabellas spawns as lord at endgame crisis, then you can defeat her to get her regen trait.

You need to have about half or more of the army die in one fight to gain points toward the trait. Yes, this is cheese-able by getting them to a state where they Could but arent Efficient at One-Lording like in the video, so you give them one very easy to kill unit with them in the army and sacrifice it each fight you can to get easy points. You'll likely need to replace it over and over but theyll be cheap and cost almost no upkeep due to how easily theyll die.

Be'lakor does not get passive regen, he gets regen for every unit within a radius of him that's moral is wavering or lower. It can end up maxing out at something stupid like +0.40% HP per second but you're not realistically going to have that very often

Honestly I think if he had gotreks trait, crown of everlasting conquest, and wades through gore he could function as a one man doomstack without it. He's just not taking much melee damage from infantry and he can absolutely nuke enemy lords and single entities once he gets going. Festus was a great example of how missile resistance kinda trumps everything else for large targets.

Getting the sword of khaine as almost any faction will make the rest of your campaign a pain in the ass. It's not really worth making a one man doomstack if it makes the whole campaign less fun. Also, it just dumbs the whole thing down.

I'm really beginning to hate seeing that units dont continue to attack the target you initially told them to and instead fuck about attacking everything else...and the Ai know that for alot of lords, they do this, so they swarm you to try and force your armies to fuck about and die which is unbearably annoying alot of the time. Also I call this a 6-7 out of 10 just because the sword of kaine, the damage taken, and the amount of effort but also went against only 2 armies instead of 4. May have done better against anything other than wood elves if he was in melee vs any other empire then maybe I would have given it a higher rating unless this was meant to show how hard the wood elves still are or something else.

I think you should disregard Vilitch in your reviews, since he's effectively an exploit, and also spread the scale a bit - so that 5/10 is like eh average barely worth it doomstack, with 9 being almost totally unbeatable. This is weak. I am setting up a morathi one without the sword of khaine (got robbed of that chance in wh2) and she'd end the battle using only like 1/3 of the regen. So in conclusion: -no regen means 10 battles in enemy territory isn't possible -further unoptimized -uses sword of khaine -even when perfected is only at kholek level. To me that's an 8/10. I'll honest with you Legend, I'd rather see some more interesting battles than just a single LL or a yet another doomstack fighting huge armies. Your contents good but can't say these doomstacks are all that interesting for a Total War player.

@@MrMigueis I'm not talking about his older videos. I just believe the one man army and doomstack vids are sort of "you see them once, you've seen them all". Rather give constructive feedback than simply not say anything.

@@dragonkillerz75 If they weren't interesting to his fan base, he wouldn't make them. He can see the view count and engagement, you know. And he's said before that he stops making certain types of content when people stop watching it (which is actually a large reason why he doesn't show many SoK one-man doomstacks).

I mean, it requires you to go throughout the world and collect various strong traits. That will easily take you probably 40-60 turns on doing that alone. Without the items and the traits, he would still die instantly after 5 volleys of arrows.
