This video is the final Part 4 of the series, Is Bible God’s word? There are many prophecies in the Bible - both in the new and the old testaments. Through a discussion of these prophecies, this video provides arguments, like the earlier videos of the series, to prove that the bible is a human work - written by primitive humans that had an uncivilized view of social justice, at an early stage in their religio-historical evolutionary development. As long as Christians resist accepting this truth, criticism of the bible will continue.

Very revealing. The Book did not fall out of the sky in one piece. It is a copy of a copy of a copy of a manuscript compiled over centuries by men who lived in different locations at different times under different socio political times, under different political compulsions.

There is an enormous difference between psychic readings or soothsaying than divinely inspired prophecy ! That which is divine is from the Holy Spirit of God, soothsaying in contrast ( if supernatural in content) is simply inspired by a demon spirit (to put it bluntly)! To give specific numbers relating to prophecy to prove authenticity is not the way the Holy Spirit works, but if it is of God it will be a meaningful warning for who God wishes to speak to !Example, a few years ago a minister was given the day of a Sanfrancisco earthquake which came to pass the day the prophet said it would! on the other hand in the OT it says: "A virgin shall bring forth a son" it does not give day nor hour, anymore than prophecies relating to the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ !That time is known only by God Himself ! Never the less that is how prophecy generally works !

The concept of time and creation is explained in detail in vedas and mentions that the world is more than a million years old, which is accepted by science. HIndu religion is basically the study of the universe and nature,and understanding them , while it realises that there is a supreme Brahman which is controlling the universe. Hindus festivals, ceremonys and every day routine is connected to the universe, the sun, moon, the stars etc., The world needs the HIndu knowledge to connect and understand the universe

Example - lets take Jesus riding the Donkey verse in two different English translations NIV:Matthew 21:7 They brought the donkey and the colt and placed their cloaks on them for Jesus to sit on. ESV:Matthew 21:7(Close to what you quoted) They brought the donkey and the colt and put on them their cloaks, and he sat on them. If you read in context: They got the Donkey and the colt(Mother Donkey and colt-young male Donkey). and put on them their "CLOAKS" (plural again) and he sat on them (Sat on the cloaks ) Where is the contradiction Ji.If you cant read things in context atleast please dont fool people. Also talking about other Gospel accounts .Every one agree there was a Donkey ,that does not mean there no another Donkey .Example- If Tom and Harry came to my house .And next day I say Jim - "Hey Tom came home yesterday". How does it make me a Liar? ...Me not saying about Harry does not make anything wrong.

So you are telling me, if one translation reveals errors/absurdities, then, in order to "easily" refute it we must look for other translations and keep looking until we find one that fits our faith perspective to the T. And this you call "reading in context." Why am I not shocked! Please don't miss my upcoming video to understand what context/s actually is/are. But since you made the effort to not only watch my video but also took the pain and time to comment, I will take your choice (convenient) translation (ESV). You have pointed out "CLOAKS" and tried to refute my point on plurality of animals. Well done! But there you ignored another "them" (plural for the animals). Was that deliberate or your eyes always only seek what you want to see and don't see what challenges your faith perspective? Not surprised at all. I was there, once. So I will give this to you. I insist, read it again and this time with a rational eye. You will discover the other "them", in "put on THEM their cloaks. Not your fault at all. Or mine. The writer of this story, leaves ambiguity in what Jesus (allegedly) sat on - it could be animals or the cloaks. This is one of the oft-repeated features of the Bible as a whole. And this is where contexts (with an "S) begin. Hermeneutics! For starters, we examine the rest of the reporting of this writer and look for absurdities and exaggerations. The writer of Matthew gives us many. Two, we look for Hebrew writing style and the kind of writing in Zachariah where this donkey event first appears, falls in the writing category that uses parallelisms, as I already reported in my video. You said, my others arguments are easily refutable. Yet, you offer no refutation. If you choose to do it, do so logically. Otherwise do not waste your and my time. And btw, the ESV came out in 2001, from an earlier 1971 edition of the Revised Standard Version. ESV underwent more revisions in 2007, 2011, and 2016 and many revisions might come out in the future too. Man made revisions to god-breathed word? Not one, but consistently, constantly. Red flags must go up right there. Translations have become justifications to consistently newly emerging criticism. My suggestion, stick to the older ones. Otherwise you will have to cut a sorry figure in your refutations, like you did now. Automatically held
