The theory of the "priced-in" misses the part that most of the BTC is traded OTC, therefore the market is not 100% efficient. For example, Coinbase Prime sells BTC to the institucionals 20% below market price and many don't even use exchanges. I believe the next ATH will be around 150k and the one after this one might see it reach 200k.
