It felt good to play for the most part but the spawns definitely need to be fixed and it didn’t feel good getting out gunned at range by an smg. 3-4 head shots with an assault rifle only to get 3 shot by an smg is crazy

I've seen people comment about omnimovement being broken and it's always on videos or clips where the dude being shot is standing completely still while the dude shooting is going crazy. And from what I've seen in the 2nd weekend of the beta is no one moves as crazy as they do in those videos. They take advantage of the movement but it's always done in ways that people have already done before. Jump shooting. Slide shooting. And occasionally dive shooting. They're using this movement system to essentially upgrade movement and tactics they'd already mastered in previous games.

Same, almost every server giving me packet bursts every 20 seconds or so and I don't have any issues with other games. It's probably a beta issue but makes me hesitant to buy the full game even though the gameplay is fun. Also the spawns are a joke but that's probably gonna get better.

Longer ttks are just better for CoD in my opinion. It requires better aim since you have to hit more shots, and it gives you opportunities to react and stay alive in way more situations. With slower ttks, when I die I actually feel like I deserved it, whereas with faster ttks, I feel cheated more often

Early access campaign allowed me to explore each mission in way more depth than I normally would. I don’t feel the need to rush through and finish each mission because of the FOMO aspect of not being able to grind camos on multiplayer/zombies. The time and effort they put into campaign is not fully appreciated for the average player without early access .

It wasn't just the campaign that hurt the sales and pre orders, it's the fact that we got full confirmation when it got data mined that mw3 was literally nothing more than a dlc. And people were going to spend $89.99 (or full AAA price where you live) for a "new" game that was just a poorly thrown together campaign and a multiplayer where slide canceling was just magically turned back on. That was it. That's what you payed full price for. That's why everyone was angry and why mw2/3 are the reasons why its gone massively downhill. The multiplayer on that game was abysmal. Everybody camped and the maps were terrible 😭. Not to mention the god awful camo grind where they unironically made you get 100+ longshots for ONE weapon challenge

I haven't played a single COD since Black Ops 2. I played this and it is exactly as fun as how I felt playing black ops 2. People are way too emotional. If you have tried the game, you can give your opinion. All the others who get their opinions from watching someone else play need to stop thinking their opinion is important enough to share.

One thing I really hope they do with this game is allowing preinstalled textures as an option upon downloading so instead of having texture streaming (which causes the horrible packet bursts), I can instead just give up like 40 gbs and have it run smoother.

The performance of the beta was really bad. I get 140fps on mw3 with max settings, and 180-200fps with the graphics turned down. In the beta I was getting 80fps and then I turned the graphics down and didn’t gain any frames. I don’t know if this is just me but my pc is definitely capable of more frames than I’m getting.

@@JesseP it's good but MWIII takes. coming from a guy who got final kill'd in this vid trying to use movement (FæEatFaces). The slide canceling took a step back and sometimes with the delay between slide-shooting or slide-to-stand, ADS/hardscoping always wins. yes we have less movement sweats but now we have more hard angles and Way less options to get out of a bad play. another MWII situation. i think they're trying to find a way to nerf the YY kids but at the cost of fluidity

@sensei7839 me and my friends never experienced that issue but that's what betas are for performance tweaks. MW3 just has different graphic style than treyarch games. This is how all treyarch games look and its a preference. I like this non realistic graphic better
