Flew Delta Atlanta to London in premium and was not best experience I've ever had. Food was mediocre.

Great video. Did you get a checked bag included in your fare. If not, how much did it cost. Also was the airline strict with carry on weight. Otherwise, was the customer service, food, and seat comfort great

Hi! Two checked bags were included in the fare, 23kg each. The airline didn’t check my carry on weight in this instance, but I know that just depends on the station. But yes, otherwise I had a great experience with BA! Seat was not the newest, but plenty comfortable. My meal was impressively delicious, and the crew was very kind! Thank you for watching!

Love these videos so much! Amazing content (as usual). BA has a great cabin crew (sometimes), but I agree that BA has a rather dated product. Especially in the competitive airline industry, where competitors such as SQ, NH, and QR produce incredible modern products with world-class service, BA could do a lot more to stay on the world stage, let alone be a strong competitor. I don't get to fly much, but when I do, I make an effort to fly SQ and get the best experience (maybe that's what attracted me to your channel in the first place!).

no champagne in BA WTP and they shut the bar quite a while before the nd of the flight in my experience

Chocolate lava cake with creme anglaise on a Virgin Atlantic flight form New York to London. I was in upper class. It was so good - the amazing FA who recommended it was RIGHT. She insisted I try it. Yum. A shame your experience here with BA wasn't great, it does look old and tired and not very comfortable for a long flight.

another great, high quality video. although, and i know that people are busy, but it would be a tad bit better if the videos were posted a bit more frequently. regardless, these videos are always amazing. thank you! the best dessert i’ve gotten on a plane was on a 2:30 hour domestic first class flight and it was cookies and apple juice 😭.

The newer PE is a bit nicer. The food has pretty much always been a Club style meal followed by a WT style meal so that’s why it’s different.

Great video, concise and details various aspects of the hard and soft product offered in PE. BA has undergone changes post-pandemic: A set of sandwiches and scone normally used to be the pre landing meal, from experience. Hope it can get back to delivering on these areas of the inflight experience.

It was on SWISS a couple of years ago in Business Class it was some sort of white chocolate mousse slice with a crumble topping and calamansi gel pearls !!!!

No! British airways has this cabin on multiple aircraft types. I like to look at the seat maps on aerolopa.com to see the exact layouts. It’s very detailed and helpful! Hope this helps. ☺️
