How many times is Pablo going to say “obviously”? Either that’s his favorite word, or this guy loves condescending to people who don’t know all the ins and outs of this. It should be stated that the reporting Pablo has done has been very minimal in terms of actual details. Very bare minimum. I don’t understand how no one has the scoop on what Arena has actually done, and the sense I get from this segment, as well as other bits from articles, is that some of these journalists have no interest in uncorking all the details on this story. Not sure why.

That Athletic reporting SUUUUUUUUUUUCKS. All they do is accuse Richie Williams for something without context. That's technically LIBEL unless they know what happened. They don't ask the hard questions or even imply that they ask the hard questions.

IMO it blew up over lack of transparency. Saw it coming, shocked they didn't. Its NOT the same as working in a company. Its the gaffer, their contracts, etc. Its just shocking how boneheaded a move it was to appoint the very manager that complained about the gaffer and then keep the other assistants as subordinates to him when everyone knew theh already had problems with Williams. So i mean the 'suspend' Arena for a month and don't resolve or say anything. Then he 'quits' and they refuse to say anything to the players who were behind him but keep the giy they don't trust? This was damaging and theres probably some big trust gone from the players. They're only lucky that overall, most don't care. But its fascinating to see how unstable these US coach old boy relationships are....

Arena should get the job at Colorado Rapids since we just fired Robin Fraser. If we can get him today, he can beat New England tomorrow. Win-win for Rapids fans. We are miserable. Seriously though, Arena is a legend and I am sorry this all happened.

You mean NE? Arena regressed them? They had issues last season but otherwise he's had them of some good things, developed some players. They've gotten good keepers transferred out and still done really well.
