Argentina is soo diverse!!! That's what I love most about this country!! Interesting enough I went to the Czech Republic for vacation in the last two years and I haven't been to Cafayate yet, even though I'm from Argentina and I live in BA. It's on my bucket list now.

Same here! Back in 2019, I had a sampling of various empanadas and the locro at La Casa de las Empanadas, and they were the best I had in South America, not just in Argentina!
