Viktor could still be. He's never shown any type of interest in anyone besides Jayce, even outside of Arcane. Jayce is the only one he's ever respected because he was the only one he considered as intelligent and as driven as himself (this is league lore, not arcane lore). He shows absolutely no receptivity toward Sky in the show, despite her clear interest in him. He's either asexual, gay, or just way too focused on his work. There's a good chance it's the last one, but hey. Could be the others too.
