probably not a good idea to focus on call centre's work other than tangent to the tools they used (eg. salesforces crm) and when no better job available. I mean , it doesn't help one to develop good analytical skills. This used to be ok but at 2025 where AI is on the raise, it may not be the best option. Just saying.
