Hi Alex great place to go . So near airport too ideal. Love it there especially Santa Gloria cafe cheesecake!!! And love H20 beach club. And the little market in front of church. Oh and the beach ⛱️ best paella is la payeseta

Great video Alex. Many thanks. I'd always discounted Can Pastilla because of it's proximity to the airport and the associated noise. What are the noise levels like in the summer?

Fair point. Air craft noise doesn't bother me for some bizarre reason, but I'm guessing during the summer those planes will be taking off every 3 minutes or so. It could be problematic depending where you are staying, however, I've noticed many of the hotels that are being upgraded include soundproofed rooms now.

What month are you filming this ? Is the very beginning of March open ? Plus how bad is Crime/ pickpockets in Palma town / airport etc ?I can't bear them..Last year had horrendous time because of them in Nice S. France...Thanks 💃🏾

I filmed this in February. Some restaurants etc stay open throughout the winter,. I have some videos on my channel about Crime in Palma but saying that I've never been pickpocketed. Palma feels very safe to me. I never visit the city scared that I am going to be robbed either..... you can keep a good balance of keeping an eye out and enjoying yourself without the entire experience being tainted by the threaat of crime.

I do love aspects of both seasons. When we are in Summer, we dream about winter and visa versa. However, if I had to pick....of course Summer. (I'm not really a winter person for more than a few weeks, so roll on Summer!)

Hey Alex, I was referred to your channel from Patrick from Barcelona. Your channel looks awesome! I have been to Spain several times but none of the Islands. I was thinking about going to Ibiza but a lot of places seem to be closed, not surviving covid. Do you perhaps have a video that explains Mallorca overall? I am now in the process of doing some research on it and wanted to know more about Mallorca overall and how it compares to Ibiza. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you!

Hello! I don't have a video that talks about the comparison between the islands, but you will find them all getting very busy from June through to October. July and August will be the busiest. Demand post covid now has increased and last Summer '22 was extremely busy for us all and this Summer is predicted to be nothing short of extremely busy too! It'll be the same for the other islands too. I do have a video talking about the top 10 resorts on the island (I didn't include Port de Soller because it's a living town not a resort, so check that out). Interesting question though. You've inspired me to create a video along these lines v. soon!
