Desi's that I'm familiar with were not like this as we were the most educated and give high priority to maintenance and cleanliness of our neighbourhoods, Mississauga and Milton were considered one of the cleanest town/city, and this is not the case anymore.

It's not racism, it's difference of cultural values clashing. This may be normal in some parts of the world but it is not in Canada so it's very upsetting for many to see. Pooping on the beach where kids dig in the sand is wrong on so many levels. I hope it's safe to assume that most Canadians are not generalizing them all into the group that poops on the beach in the sand but it needs to be strongly imposed that it is not acceptable no matter how normal it is in their home country. There needs to be strong fines if this continues but this attention in the media over the last few weeks I hope has some affect at deterring it from happening going forward. How does one produce evidence of pooping ? I don’t know what really happened in this case. Authorities make statements to calm the situation. However I can talk about my neighbour who rented his place to students from India ended up regretting as these girls flushed sanitary pads and clogged the plumbing which ended up costing the guy thousands of dollars to clear clogging. There were several complaints about garbage strewn around the property resulting in rat infestation. It is embarrassing to hear about defecation but would I be surprised if someone did it ?
