1. Yes you can. No need to complete 18 months in a project 2. No, do not do it this way. They create issues and might even give you a last date before 1st Nov just to get the bond amount as the LWD depends on your Mgr and HR. They can internally give you early release.

Please do a research on the domain and if its aligned with your interest. Cybersecurity is actually a good domain, tbh. Yes, you can change your domain and project but only after working for 18 months within a project.

Make a consolidated pdf of the marksheet you have, you can't do anything about the ones you do not have and upload it. For safer side, write a mail to the HR informing him that you have done this way. This isn't an issue. Don't worry
