If you want to help with hurricane relief you can check with your local church's too. My Northern Ca. church took up a collection rented a u-haul filled it with bottled water and diapers (bought out a couple of stores of every adult and infant) and it's on the road right now. There are also fund raising events being planned and my church isn't special, it's happening everywhere.

I blame the car more than anything else. If these guys could actually race without worrying about losing 20 mph just because they put one tire out of place in a single turn, we wouldn't see lap-cars play such a huge role.

They HAVE to find a way to slow down the air over the car, specifically in the right rear corner of this car. Look at the last two generations of car. The right side on the old car was flat and square. Those cars very rarely went over completely unassisted. They usually required some kind of outside force such as an impact with a car or wall, to gain enough separation from the ground for the air to pack under the car and put it over. Right now these cars are going over unassisted because when the car slides sideways, the air can go over the top faster than it can go under it, which creates lift. It's the same as an airplane wing. Anything they can do to slow down the air over the top of the car, more specifically from the B post to the spoiler will increase the liftoff speed and help this issue dramatically. I didn't go to school for this but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night...

briscoe didn't technically do anything wrong and it isn't a rule, but what in the hell are you doing running that high when the leader is obviously gonna catch you either mid corner or on corner exit😂 there was MAYBE a cars width of space between briscoe and the wall and of course whoever the leader is will try to put his car there since they've been running the high line for the last 10+ laps. he could've moved down even half a lane and he chose not to, i doubt he was trying to wreck kyle and i doubt he even knew that would happen but you gotta give the leader a bit more room than that. especially after darlington

You can b et that if it had been the 11, the 24, the 9, the 5, the 23 and not the 4 then they would have towed him to pit road and run the field around until they had the tires changed. NASCAR plays favorites and it is one of the reasons the fans are not happy and some are leaving. The "we want to be F1/IndyCar" that mandated the sporty car design for stock car tracks is killing the sport. There should never have been a so-called gentlemen's agreement. Drivers are paid to race hard every lap, which is why in MHO Ryan Numan was the quintessential driver. Any driver that lays over due to some mythical agreement he thinks exists should be fired.
