So much potential, but still in 2024, the potential is untapped. Seems like Scientology will have an economic stranglehold on downtown forever.

Yeah , it’s nice but let’s talk about how full it is. Takes 30 minutes to get 5 miles to anywhere. No go for the beaches unless you’re there at 8 am. You have to shop everyday to find the deals or the new stuff bc everything’s picked over . It’s so overpopulated it’s insane. Fun for tourists but, everyday life’s it gets old. I’m north of Clearwater, and yes we use the same shopping mall lol. I had a lady try to take a picture I put in my cart from Cside mall into her cart bc she just wanted it. It’s crazy.

I vacation in Clearwater Beach, but wouldn't want to live there, or Clearwater.

A huge draw is the performing arts... Coachman Park & The Sound (a current clip of it to show it's beauty), and The Capitol Theater

The express 19 lanes from countryside to Pinellas park are great if your just passing through but would be a nightmare for daily living, you miss every store/restaurant because you can't tell where to get off ,makes for a very poor daily lifestyle, i understand they had to do it and traffic flows much better now, st pete is busy too but has many more major roads to handle cars, clearwater is to 19 focused
