They grew because they found a gap in service and they've never innovated since (now stolen from other innovators) and they roooooode that wave as long as they could then the founder had to step down as CEO. They completely shield themselves from public reviews: note they don't have any Facebook reviews or Google reviews, and they are going to push out any kind of media coverage they possibly can to make themselves look good, while completely black-balling anyone who wants to say negatively. It's disgusting.
