It's essential to add that adding white sugar and/or modern sweet syrups to coffee increases health risks dramatically from regular or daily consumption. In contrast, drinking black coffee nudges you toward the safer direction of consuming coffee in moderation. And here's a pro tip: Add a dash of raw sea salt (less than 1 gram) to any kind of coffee you drink; I promise that you won't taste it because it is so little, and it will reduce the bitterness of coffee a bit, so if you depend on sugar in your coffee, you'll be able to drink coffee with less sugar this way; sea salt also gives you necessary minerals on which coffee digestion may leech in some people's digestive systems.

Allah has promised the Paradise for the believers. Qur’an 41:30-32. 30. Indeed, those who have said, “Our Lord is Allah ” and then on a right course - the angels will descend upon them, [saying], “Do not fear and do not grieve but receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised. 31. We [angels] were your allies in worldly life and [are so] in the Hereafter. And you will have therein whatever your souls desire, and you will have therein whatever you request [or wish] 32. As accommodation from a [Lord who is] Forgiving and Merciful.” Qur'an 9:72. Allah has promised the believing men and believing women gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally, and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence; but approval from Allah is greater. It is that which is the great attainment.
Eat and drink for sustenance, not always pleasure.

I used to drink 3-4 cups coffee ☕ in the morning BLACK and then 3-4 cups of tea in the afternoon, pretty much every day for the last 25 years. Last month the veins in my head started to swell and dilate.. it wasn't a headache, it was the veins that were causing me severe discomfort. Particularly around the tempals. I took aspirin/ibuprofen thinking it'll make it better but it actually made it worse. In fact one night my heart started to race and my lip was twitching. I genuinely thought I was having a stroke. But those were signs of excess caffeine. After some research I figured out it was definitely the CAFFEINE that was causing these issues. 3 weeks with no coffee or tea and Alhamdulillah the sensations are virtually gone. If you must drink Coffee/Tea drink in moderation. Caffeine is a drug and an addictive substance. No more than 400mg per day.

*6 Prophetic Medicine:* A'isha reported that when any of the members of the household fell ill Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to blow over him by reciting Mu'awwidhatan, and when he suffered from illness of which he died I used to blow over him and rubbed his body with his hand for his hand had greater healing power than my hand. (Sahih Muslim 2192 a) Al-Muʿawwidhatayn (Arabic: الْمُعَوِّذَتَيْن) means: "the two protectors", refers to suras al-Falaq and al-Nas which begin with "Say, 'I seek the protection…" and imply (seeking refuge in God). These suras are also called Mushaqshaqatayn. Protection from Fever: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Fever is from the heat of the (Hell) Fire, so cool it with water." (Sahih al-Bukhari 3263) Eye problems: Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said; Truffles are 'Manna' which Allah, the Exalted the Majestic, sent to the people of Israil, and its juice is a medicine for the eyes. (Sahih Muslim 2049) Loose motions: Narrated Abu Sa`id: A man came to the prophet and said, 'My brother has got loose motions. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, Let him drink honey." The man again (came) and said, 'I made him drink (honey) but that made him worse.' The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Allah has said the Truth, and the `Abdomen of your brother has told a lie." (See Hadith No. 88) (Sahih al-Bukhari 5716) Protection from magic: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "He who eats seven 'Ajwa dates every morning, will not be affected by poison or magic on the day he eats them." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5445) We went out and Ghalib bin Abjar was accompanying us. He fell ill on the way and when we arrived at Medina he was still sick. Ibn Abi 'Atiq came to visit him and said to us, "Treat him with black cumin.Take five or seven seeds and crush them (mix the powder with oil) and drop the resulting mixture into both nostrils, for `Aisha has narrated to me that she heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, 'This black cumin is healing for all diseases except As-Sam.' Aisha said, 'What is As-Sam?' He said, 'Death." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5687) Healing for all diseases: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "There is healing in black cumin for all diseases except death." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5688) Heart problems: Aisha used to recommend at-Talbina for the sick and for such a person as grieved over a dead person. She used to say, "I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, 'at-Talbina gives rest to the heart of the patient and makes it active and relieves some of his sorrow and grief.'" (Sahih al-Bukhari 5689) Our Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best medicines you may treat yourselves with are cupping and sea incense.' He added, "You should not torture your children by treating tonsillitis by pressing the tonsils or the palate with the finger, but use incense." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5696)
