Lucky are those can afford, who have the financial means to buy a condo. Admiration for those who purchase, thinking of purchasing any real estate property. Real estate investing works..as population grows, so the need of homes. Thanks for all the advices. You addressed all the points before purchase. Location, the floor, construction, number of renters vs owners points to consider. #a living space, a room, apartments,shared living arrangements is home. #independence is rewarding and contributes to maturity #children are not property of parents. Let them seek their future.

I'm 28 and still in my parents house (which hindi ko naman kinakahiya since its part of pinoy culture) pero this is the year na pinag iisipan ko na talagang mag move out and buy a condo pero money is always the problem for me since I'm still paying for our bills, my bills and ofc share sa parents kaya malalim pa din na pag iisip kong kaya kong ma budget lahat since rushing is really not a good thing
