Is Cyberpunk 2077 The Next Fallout: New Vegas?

What are your thoughts on Fallout: New Vegas and Cyberpunk 2077? Are they on par with each other? Is one better? Are they both bad? Let me know your thoughts below :)

After playing the 2.0 patch on ps5 and still getting through the main story, Jesus fucking Christ this game is seriously the next New Vegas. All the play styles, choices, immersion etc. I've never been invested in a game like this since NV.
