Ibn `Abbâs رضي الله عنهما that he said that the Prophet صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم says: “He who disapproves of something done by his ruler should be patient, for whoever deviates from the ruler even as little as a span will die as (if he were of) those who died in the pre-Islamic period [of ignorance]”(4). In another version: “Whoever notices something done by his ruler which he denies should be patient, for he who breaks away from the company of the Muslims even for a span and then dies, will die (as sinful disobedient) as those who died in the pre-Islamic period [of ignorance]”(5).

There is no disagreement on the principle that it is not allowed to overthrow rulers. However, there are some points and questions here, which I personally would love to hear a scholar examine them in a very contemporary context. A great majority of Muslims today live under non-Muslim governments. Saudi Araiba, for example, does not represent all Muslims, even though you're specifying that country, and definitely it is not the talk of the day. I am not a Saudi citizen and I have no obligation to obey that government at all. Find me one scholar that places a Saudi official or the king himself, as an example, in the position of a ruler for a person who is not a Saudi citizen? One might argue that by merely defending the idea of criticizing a Saudi leader includes them into the category of khawarij. Let's be here more practical and leave the theory aside. Why would one criticize the Saudi Government, such as myself? I am talking about Saudi Arabia as a typical example and based on my personal experience with that government. There are a couple of reasons. If the Saudi Government cooperates openly with the governments of other countries against Muslims, or certain individuals, then those individuals are going to defend themselves. I have no idea why this Daniel criticizes the Muslim leaders, but if a Muslim leader and their spies cooperate with the western governments - and I am not going to mention details here, against Muslims who live in those countries, then there is no choice but to defend ourselves. Unfortunately, the Saudi Government is that kind of government. It is a spy and backstabbing government which cooperate with others in order to deceive and backstab Muslims - citizens of other countries. I am originally from the country of Albania, but let me tell you brother, if spies - citizens of Saudi Arabia, are used for the benefit of the western countries or the country of Albania, I am going to defend myself. In this regard, there are many Muslims in the same position. Muslims are oppressed and infiltrated by spies in every family, and you are talking about rebellions against rulers. We have to be honest and say that their intentions and objectives are seeking the approval of born out of fornication atheists, tattooed pagan homosexual disbelievers of the west who are enemies of Islam and Muslims. And they go about doing that with the utmost and cruelest inhumane things to poor and desperate Muslims that end up committing suicide after taking their passports and not paying their wages. All in order to get that approval of who? Of Kuffar, until Allah ﷻ made those very same kuffar whose approval they sought enraged with them: Narrated 'Aishah رضي الله عنها: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever seeks Allah's Pleasure by the people's anger, Allah will suffice him from the people. And whoever seeks the people's pleasure by Allah's Anger, Allah will entrust him to the people." It would funnel billions of dollars, establish a land for Sunni western Muslims from scratch, free from the ignorance that exists among these people and their tribalism, caste systems, racism, nifaq. Because once they go full hedonistic and approval seeking, then the scholars in those lands will need some place to make Hijrah to. And we would need all the scholars we could get to educate our people upon proper Islam. This way we will separate the believers from the hypocrites in a smart way that doesn't involve khurooj, ikhwanism or madakhalism before Fitnah Ad-Duhayma comes that will purify the camp of Eemaan. Alhamdulilah I found people who are balanced in the sunnah and their dawah. As for the view mentioned in the books of jurisprudence from some of our companions that he should be removed, which is also the opinion of the Mu’tazilites, then it is a serious mistake from them & is in opposition to the consensus. The scholars have said the reason his removal & rebellion against him is forbidden is because of what that entails of tribulations, bloodshed & corruption for the harm in removing the ruler is greater than letting him remain✅️Sahih Muslim 1840✅️Some Muslims claim that the narrations mentioned earlier forbidding rebellion against a Muslim ruler only apply to a ruler who “implements the Sharia” as they understand it. This is an unjustified restriction of the prophetic command that they have invented✅️Rather, the Prophet has forbidden violence even if “THEY STRIKE YOUR BACK & TAKE YOUR WEALTH” & “THEY DO NOT FOLLOW MY GUIDANCE OR TRADITION” & "THEY HAVE HEARTS OF DEVILS.” The only criterion the Prophet mentioned is that they allow the prayer✅️For this reason, Imam Muslim collected all of these narrations under the following chapter heading:وُجُوبِ الإِنْكَارِ عَلَى الأُمَرَاءِ فِيمَا يُخَالِفُ الشَّرْعَ وَتَرْكِ قِتَالِهِمْ مَا صَلَّوْا وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ✅️The obligation to denounce the rulers when they contradict the Sharia & to avoid fighting them as long as they pray & so on✅️To claim that the Sharia is a political system, the absence of which necessitates violence, is a modern innovation in the religion✅️Instead the proper way to enjoin good & forbid evil regarding the rulers is through non-violent preaching, advising✅️AhmadIbnHanbal saidالتَّغْيِيرُ بِالْيَدِ لَيْسَ بِالسَّيْفِ وَالسِّلَاحِ✅️Changing evil with one’s hand is NOT DONE with swords or weapons✅️Source Jamial Ulumwal Hikam 34✅️MUSLIMS MUST SINCERELY ADVISE THE RULER USING CALM & MEASURED SPEECH✅️ALLAH SENT MOSES & AARON ALAIHIMUSSALAM TO SPEAK TO PHARAOH GENTLY EVEN THOUGH HE WAS A GREAT TYRANT WHO CLAIMED TO BE GOD & ENSLAVED & MASSACRED THOUSANDS✅️Allah saidفَقُولَا لَهُ قَوْلًا لَّيِّنًا لَّعَلَّهُ يَتَذَكَّرُ أَوْ يَخْشَىٰ✅️Speak to him with mildly that perhaps he may be reminded or fear Allah✅️Quran 20:44✅️Moses & Aaron spoke to Pharaoh with the intention to guide him to the truth, not to condemn him to Hell. If this is how Allah asked his Prophets to speak to 1 of the worst tyrants the world has seen, then we should act the same in our situation✅️We must also have a good intention to benefit the ruler on a personal level, as part of the good will (nasiha) they should receive from us. We should advise them of their misdeeds in private only✅️IyadibnGhanam reported The Messenger of Allah saidمَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنْصَحَ لِسُلْطَانٍ بِأَمْرٍ فَلَا يُبْدِ لَهُ عَلَانِيَةً وَلَكِنْ لِيَأْخُذْ بِيَدِهِ فَيَخْلُوَ بِهِ فَإِنْ قَبِلَ مِنْهُ فَذَاكَ وَإِلَّا كَانَ قَدْ أَدَّى الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ لَهُ✅️Whoever intends to advise 1 with authority, then he should not do so publicly. Rather, he should take him by the hand & advise him in seclusion. If he accepts the advice, then all is well. If he does not accept it, then he has fulfilled his duty✅️Musnad Ahmad 14909✅️Sahih✅️ Even so it may be necessary to become more vocal & assertive if the ruler is a stubborn oppressor. Speaking the truth to him in this case is a form of non-violent jihād without weapons✅️AbuSaeedALKhudri reported The Messenger of Allah saidإِنَّ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةَ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِر✅️Verily among the greatest jihād is a word of justice in front of a tyrannical ruler✅️Tirmidhī 2174✅️Sahih✅️Muslims should reform an unjust ruler & enjoin good without resorting to violence or destabilizing society✅️Violence & terrorism leads to the fracturing of Muslim society, which is even worse than the oppression of the rulers. Rather Muslims must be patient & wise in the face of injustice & we should pray for Allah to guide the rulers to right conduct✅️Allah knows best_*

Subhan Allah, the more the rulers commit evil, the more the supporters of the rulers make excuses for them. No doubt, Allah says clearly in surah Al Nisa, "They wish to refer legislation to Taghut, while they were commanded to reject it;"; while all the rulers submit to the UN and to the whims and judgements of the disbelievers over the believers. BUT the most important thing that this shameless man says, is that the imam referred to by the prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam is not the ruler of any country today. The imam is the one appointed by the bay'ah, over the muslims of Dar al Islam. Which of the salaf had a Saudi passport and gave allegiance to a king ? This is what the prophet sallalahu alaihi wa sallam was talking about, imam, who was put in power by the colonialists ?? This is the imam, who was imposed on the people by force and an alliance of the disbelievers ?? This is the imam the prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam was talking about ? Who restricted himself to national borders drawn by the British or French ? The prophet saw ordered us to obey the imam appointed by the British or Americans ?? You want to sell this jahilliyah as the teachings of the salaf ? Actually the prophet salallahu alaihi wa sallam explicitly referred to the imam as the khalifah, and this is the one we are not to fight against. And he salallahu alaihi wa sallam said "The master of martyrs on the Day of Resurrection is Hamzah ibn ‘Abdil Muttalib and a man who stands up to a tyrannical authority, commanding good and forbidding evil and he is killed for it.” (narrated by Jabir, recorded by ibn hibban in his sahih, This man wants to eradicate the words of the prophet salallahu alaihi wa sallam.

So much whims and desires. What is common between those who call for rebellion and the disbelievers is they both take the Quran and scriptures out of context and misuse it! SubhanAllah. May Allah guide us all and protect us from the fitnah of these people. They want to go against KSA where you can practise Islam freely, where there's nowhere near as many grave worshippers like there is in the subcontinent. I wonder if all the women in your household wear hijab and dress modestly and if you, the one in charge of the herd is doing his part as a man to enforce the shariah of Allah in his household.
