Is Daniel Ricciardo's F1 Career OVER?!

Daniel Ricciardo may be running out of options to continue his F1 career. If he doesn't quickly improve in the VCARB car, he may be out of a seat as early as this year. And, if he somehow does lose that VCARB seat and potentially the main Red Bull seat, he may not get another opportunity next year. After driving for Red bull, Renault, McLaren, and now Visa Cash App Racing Bulls.... is this the end for Daniel?

I have said this multiple times but DR3 has had more second chances than any other driver. At this point he is a personality hire. If I was him I would honestly being trying to get some sort of late night show or comedy show started at Netflix. He also has nothing to be ashamed about either. He is in the top 40 F1 drivers by race wins, is worth millions of USD . Vesti, Lawson, Bearman, Awasa would all be fantastic replacements!

I think you’re right on the money with this comment! He would be great to have as a media driver for events but he doesn’t “deserve” that seat anymore. Atleast not from the performances he is showing. Thanks for the comment and make sure to subscribe for more F1 content every week! 😊

Beeing liked does help but not alone the McLaren stint was bad. McLaren payed him to not drive for it anymore. Even his Renault stint wasn't stellar. He got a lot of help both years to polish up his results. He looks like a one trick pony witch suited the Vettel directioned Red Bull. He couldn't provide guidance so the team turned to Max. It is well known he copied Max' setup in qualifying when he couldn't get it satisfactory. He will replace DC for showrun duties soon, as was the initial plan anyway.

Imagine being so certain that a driver no longer has his edge that you are willing to pay millions of dollars to get rid of him 🤯 I agree, the Red Bull days are long gone, and he would be no where near Max this time around either… TBH you are probably right, that is the best course of action for him at this point, unless he wants to race Indy car or some other series for a while first😅

Unfortunately this is true. Hate to see him go but I think his prime days are over 😔
