If you are flying for more then 3 hours i say look into it and see if the price is worth it, if it’s under 3 it won’t be worth it.

I have the AMEX platinum card and that gets me access to the delta sky lounge as long as I fly delta. Another way is getting the delta reserve credit card and that will get you access

Question - I’m flying msp to Cancun first class, does that mean since it’s international I get to go to delta lounge before flight? Or since it’s a 737 and no delta one option I’m out of luck?

Spencer you might be out of luck, Delta makes it difficult to get lounge access unless you pay for the big ticket like business class or delta one first class ticket international just like you were saying. Thanks for the awesome Question

Unfortunately you won’t get access to the delta sky lounge unless you are booked one of the aircraft that have Delta one seat or if you have the Delta reserve card that grant you access to the club that way

I use the Amex platinum credit card and that will get you access in the sky lounge only if flying delta but it also gets you into multiple lounge’s

During Covid they are still doing buffet style like that 🤢 that’s a no for me. Having worked in a luxury lounge a. The staff is ok on a good day b. The people who go to lounges are NASTY.
