This is a great primer for entry into a Delta Sky Club! I wish I had seen it before my first visit a month ago but I still learned a lot that makes the whole experience less intimidating. And yes, I was afraid to walk away from my backpack and CPAP to get food but I guess that is OK!

I was at the airport last month, for the first time in almost 6 years, and the suitcases people had were fire! I borrowed one, and it had the one way wheels, but the multi directional wheel suitcases were amazing! I definitely need one! Great video as always! Love your content. - Ivan

For sure I see what you're saying, personally I find a lot of value of having a place in the airport to eat essentially for "free", but that's my perceptive. Fortunately though they only charge for the premium cocktails.

Contails ARE FREE if you order house liquor. Only premium is extra.

Been to about 6 different SkyClubs this year. Nice escape from terminals. Dont think I could do without them now, Im too bougie!! Thanks for the info Calby!

I have often found that the Sky Club has plenty of substantial food for a whole meal. They always have both vegetarian options too. I have found, in my experience, the food is just as good as the Centurian Lounge food. I believe that they have recently withdrawn the desk workers in the sky clubs that they used to have to help people with their reservations and bookings, etc. I also think that you're not supposed to take any food with you when you leave -- but I agree that they are very lax about that. I often eat at the Sky Club when I am travelling, and I have been very pleased.

I just hit 2 sky clubs on trip to London with my business platinum. Got the wife & kids admitted using the airline credit which covered their admission for free!

what are the hours for the sky club lunges? free food and alcoholic beverages?

So the hours can vary. Some open as early as 4:30AM, but most open from 6AM to 7AM to 10PM; some even open as late as 1AM. Also you have to keep aware of the time zone. I would recommend checking the Delta app, you can hit "more" then click on "Delta Sky Club" And yes the food is completely free and most alcoholic drinks are free except the premium cocktails.

If you have the Platinum and you go with a friend, will they let the 2nd person in and just charge your card as you use it two times for the year? I didn’t know they don’t let you take the banana outside the lounge, not that I want to, but it is kind of crazy rule. Lol

No, your guest will pay the $50 guest fee

- they will charge your platinum card $50 for your guest access. But if you have delta selected as your preferred airline then the airline credit on the platinum will cover the charge
