If we minus DHA from rawalpindi - what do we have ??? all these ugly colonies, where everywhere there is garbage and shopkeepers have grabbed the portions of street by putting their stuff outside ... it is easy to point finger on DHA - but first these people should provide us with the substitue then talk about DHA ... who will develop cities ??? where is new infrastructure ???

For God sake bro. The very same place where you are sitting ie central commercial was occupied by DHA after having a gun fire for 2 days, same happened in sector C as well. There is no intention to hide anything. To the best of our knowledge, Sector C was acquired from Commoners' town as it is. Please do correct us if we are wrong. The gunfire you are probably referring to actually happened in Overseas K, and that was between two rival factions of locals. This kind of incident involving two rival factions may have happened over the tila land behind Overseas J as well. You need to understand that DHA or Pakistan Army have never been pulling triggers in such incidents. Its usually between locals where some factions want to give land to DHA and others don't, and by the way not out of any high moral reasons of protecting their lands, but to blackmail DHA in getting unjustified prices for their lands, for example asking a price for kanal land equal to price of 1 kanal developed plot. Land of pine hills was cleared right before our eyes and believe us there was no gunfire at all. Those who gave DHA land for pinehills are now constructing houses in DHA Phase 5 Islamabad. We will definitely vet your comments on central commercial. We would like you to give us some dates, so we can corroborate it from those you were here before us and probably saw it. And technically there is no "takar ka" to Pakistan Army, but they have never used force to acquire land.

I totally agree with you that local land owners also try to create some chaos for their vested interest having said please don't be so naive to portray DHA as angelic organization who came solely to bless people with happiness and well-being. If you prevent someone from selling land to anyone other than us and displaying illegal notices of ownership, wouldn't that be called Qabza? It happened and happening in every DHA and Bahria, people are compelled to sell their land or face the consequences. Regarding the exchange of gunfire in Central commercial, I think this incident took place in 2017 and DHA security personnel in uniform were conducting that operation. Finally about takar k log I was referring to the time when Ch Nisar was interior minister, he stood firm with the local land owners and where whole village stood up against DHA's illegal occupation, courts gave them stay order. I hope you will verify these points especially regarding gunfire in Central commercial and have the courage to create a video about it.

Yes, somewhat. Although prices of some areas have recovered during the last 3-4 months to pre-corrections levels seen in early 2023 or late 2023. Liquidity is better in DHA.
