I agree with every thing you just said , I my self do not do Macro's or eat clean and if some one can more power to them ! I know my weight lose has slowed due to a lot of things, but I am still eating the things that have helped me lose 97 lbs. and is on page 4 LOL Dr. Westman say's nothing about grass feed anything on his white coat video. Later he say's if you can afford things that way it would be better for you . I am still doing my Keto !! Thank you for standing up for us who can only do what we are able !!

There is a product called DAT KETCHUP it is low sugar It has like 2gm and it has regular sugar but a super small amount and no corn starch but xanthum gum instead. She could substitute that cornstarch for the xanthan gum and it would be even more clean I wonder if she knows that and then that would probably be the most ultimate Ketchup you can buy on low-carb

The next time I see her I will tell her. I didn't know about the cornstarch until I got home. (my mom picked it up for me.)

I hate groups..lol That's why my groups are for all keto folks and they are free to share anything keto-ish. We might debate it, but it's all good. Congrats on your losses! I wont lie though, some "dirty keto friendly" products will kick me out of ketosis.

I think the reason people say anything about dirty Keto is because it goes from simple stuff like the KETCHUP to much greater stuff instead of keeping it simple. I see so many people setting bad examples for others, dirty Keto is most definitely Keto but every small thing adds up and pulls away from overall results. Keto was never ment to be so just what ever as long as it fits. Keto was ment to be healing, ment to be a way to exercise a healthier life style, what I see is so many people trying to keep straying further and further away from this very nice very natural healing process and they keep expanding into deeper and deeper and deeper waters and then they start failing over and over and over again. I have one group that almost has 13000 people I have another group that has four thousand people I have two or three other groups that have five to six hundred people and I see it time and time again. People will start out really strict in the beginning....amazing results and then they start going to the dirty side of things and then they start searching for more and searching for more and searching for more and then they fail (not always but way more than strict for sure....strict has a complete detoxing process dirty doesn't completely experience) they don't keep it on the minimum side of things Is dirty keto, keto? Absolutely it is, are they doing the best that they possibly can... absolutely not, in some cases they're actually wasting money buying the faux products.... but it's your journey you live it the way you want as I always say try to do it as healthy as you can. There most certainly is a place for dirty keto and there's nothing wrong with doing it... if that's what you want to do! BUTTTT there are certain people that want to speak out against it and as it's your right to do it, it's also their right to speak out against it. Especially if they believe running a strict protocol is going to give people better health results. Choose what you want to do with your life I think you're doing wonderful and I don't think anybody saying that to you is correct, I would never let somebody say that in one of my groups even though I've said that before I will never say that to somebody again, because healing is healing... can they do better than what they're doing? Probably so, but as long as they're trying that's all that matters. Be blessed
