Is stamp paper divorce is legal in India?
Divorce is Invalid if you under take it with a non-judicial stamp paper. A court can only grant a decree of divorce in a Hindu marriage. If you take divorce via a stamp paper, the divorce will not be valid and you two will still be wife and husband.
Is divorce valid on notary?
The answer is No. Notary has no power to adjudicate any suit. Only the District Judges' court and Justice of High Courts can hear/adjudicate Divorce suits.

Stamp paper per talaq nahi hota hai. Yeh video maine isilye banaye hai. Logo ko sahi knowledge ho. Without court ki divorce decree ke divorce nahi mana jata hai.

मेम कोई स्टाम पेपर पे बिक्री नमा लिखा के जमीन ले लिया है किन्तु रजिस्ट्री नहीं हुआ है,और जिसके नाम पे जमीन है,वह किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति को जमीन देके रजिस्ट्री कर दिया तो इस conditon में जमीन किसके नाम पे होगी, बताए मेम।
