Love that talk of the internet checkpoint. I never knew it was called that but with the music you played and the background it clicked and I knew exactly what video you were talking about

Nintendo will pull the plug on someone’s life support if there was a picture of Mario on it.

Unfortunately, you are probably right, they probably would.

I don't even know where to start from for praising this game, it's just so amazing, the pre-rendered graphic style is my favorite game style of all time tbh , it's so charming and so beautiful, there's really nothing like it that exists, it can be creepy sometimes. Especially in darker levels and areas , but I love it for that, it's the perfect balance of charm and creepiness that makes the graphical style amazing and outstanding, the gameplay itself , ohhh man idk where to being, diddy and dixie's moveset are super simple yet super complex at the same time, the way you can use them in different levels and environments and situations, it just really goes to show the flexibility of their moveset , I mostly use diddy because he's faster and his roll attack is more reliable than dixies , but she's still very fun to play as, with her ponytail helicopter float thing , it's just fun to move around with it , the Level design is another thing that's great, it's so satisfying to jump around on enemies, go from barrel to barrel, roll jump over pits , it's just simple , good fun , the bonus stages are my favorite aspect of the levels and the entire game tbh , (not downplaying the levels, they're stil good but i really like the bonus rooms) in any other platformer, you'd find a hidden spot and then you get your collectable and move on , but here , you have to work to get that collectable and lemme tell you that that work is FUN , killing enemies and getting stars or just doing a cool lil platforming challenge is just super fun and it adds a layer of complexity and uniqueness to this game and the whole dkc series as a whole , the animal buddies in this game are also some of the best parts , rambi is cool with his mad dash being able to destroy anything in his path , enguard is fun to swim with in the water levels , ratley is my second favorite animal buddy, jumping around like a spring is just super fun , that's why rattle battle is my favorite level in the entire game , squitter is also another great animal buddy , probably the most complex out of all of them , being able to create your own platforms and jump on them and kill animals with shooting webs at the will never stop being awesome, squawks is also used greatly in the bramble levels for flying around enemies and obstacles, the soundtrack, omg , it's still my favorite ost of all time , not just my favorite game ost , but just my favorite soundtrack of all time, there's so many good tracks that invoke so many emotions in me and people, it's just astonishing, from the bouncinese of snakey chantey, to the absolute emotional roller coaster that is stickerbush symphony , i could write a whole essay about stickerbush symphony but I don't wanna make this longer than it already is lol , just know that kmo it fits every mood someone could be in , it can represent hope in hard time , happiness after being successful, it's just like a emotional glove that can perfectly fit into any situation imo , forest interlude is another great track and same goes for others like in a snowbound land , crocodile cacophony, etc , bosses are a massive improvement over dkc1 , they're the perfect difficulty and the battle with krool is still one of my favorite bosses in gaming to this day, the characters in themselves are also simple yet great, how rare managed to give so much personality to these characters with only a few sound effects and pieces of dialogue is beyond me but they somehow pulled it off , overall I love the game and what it made me feel, it gave me so much inspiration for my projects that I wanna work on in the future, it was the reason I made so many amazing friends and I simply would not be who I am without it , it's really a life changing experience that everyone should have at least 20 times in their life, and about that internet checkpoint, I remember when It stil was up and I even commented under there about my situation and thoughts on life at the time, I don't remember any of it since the video got deleted, but I do remember seeing the struggles people were going through and it really made me wish the best for them all , like you said it's just such a human experience and I appreciate it very much, your video was also great here , I really dig the way you draw scenes and avatars on paper , I think it's cool , I wanted to do something similar for my vids but sadly I don't have the time for them rn because of school and other stuff, but I will make videos sometime in the future, but anyway, your video was awesome and I'm glad I found your channel, I've found alot of cool obscure channels and your one of them ! Hopefully you'll grow someday and make it big someday , you got a new subscriber today, and until next time, hope you have a wonderful day :>

@smashpack3663 thank you , it really took a while to write lol , my project is a game I'm working on , but I'm keeping most information secret to protect it from bring stolen , from where I come from , iran , the copyright system isn't exactly...good , so that's why I'm keeping stuff secret for now , but soon I'm gonna get out of here and make my game for everyone to enjoy , and I'll probably get back to video making in summer , I have alot of ideas so...yeah , we'll see what happens

There might be more Donkey Kong games where you can't play as Donkey Kong than there are where you can play as him.

Not quite. There are 5 Country games and only 2 of them you can't play as DK.
