be careful with the substrate and with such high humidity, these conditions are perfect for mites to appear! I recommend that you use springtails and that foraging is much more ventilated! good luck

I find that petri dishes are great for ponerine species, especially lab setup petri dishes you can maintain humidity and still have great visibity, though it's best to add some substrate to make them feel more comfortable, might not work with larger ponerine, but just a suggestion 😁

I added some substrate to a Petri dish it filled entirely with mold, luckily no ants were inside tho😅
