Bananas are lower in water compared to other fruits - so less beneficial, but better than most other food with humans being natural fruit eaters and all.

I live in vanuatu .. we have zero covid here. Bananas grow wild all year around here for free.. the locals eats loads of them.. wonder if that is why? 🧐
