Eddie’s a good lad for sure, people have to understand him and thor were literally about to go to war it was serious so he had to tune up the trash talking a bit. But overall he handled it like a man.

He did get destroyed. Thor used 1 round to find his range and figure out Eddie. The 5 next rounds Thor slapped the hell out of eddie. Thor was too passionate with eddie. He could have banged the hell out of him in 3 rounds if he pushed forward. But Thor said he would give eddie a boxing lesson in the press conferences and said he was gonna out box him

At first he looked okay, but after Thor knocked him down the first time, I think Eddie shit himself a bit. He literally didn’t wanna get hit from then on, it was just duck, crab walk and swing with an overhand. His head was 5 miles away from his left hand.

People give Eddie stick, but he is just great fun, everyone didn't like that he was in your face during his career, tbh Big Loz and Terry Hollands were great but Eddie took Strongman to next level by having the bollocks to push it and challenge likes of Shaw and Thor, plus if it wasn't for him we wouldn't be seeing Britain challenge regularly for WSM

eddie said in an interview he beat viddal in sparring.... like said it with confidence. he didn't win a single round of sparring he only landed 3 clean shots the whole spar give or take, viddal played with him. and could beat him comfortably with one hand (im literally not exaggerating) thats where i lost a bit of respect!
