Now that you are married to a Sri Lankan you both should pay the LOCAL price to enter tourist attractions. Even if you have pay the tourist price how did Lahiru who was born in Sri Lanka become a foreigner?

We are finding that most places are charging us both local price when we show proof of marriage, but the entrance to this falls didn't care about that, so Lahiru wanted to pay the same price as me which was the foreigner price. I hope the people felt back that they charged their own country person a foreigner price, but this was Lahiru's way of taking a stand

I love your trip you take. It reminds me when I had been traveling in Bali by vehicle. I just love traveling abroad. I had been spending all my winters from Nov - February in Bali from 2012-2020. I quit traveling after Covid hit. Ii have other things to take care of now on my off time but hope to get back into traveling again soon. I often also traveled to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Taipei but never did make it to India or Sri Lanka. I wouldn’t mind visiting Sri Lanka in the future. You have introduced me to a lovely country.
