Bhai, kuch jyada hi expect nahi kar liya aapne NCR ki builder lobby se, jahan 99% builder fraud hain? Specially Noida/Greater Noida aur Ghaziabad ke? ATS jaisa fraud builder bhi, jo aaj ki date mein chindi-chor se jyada kuchh nahi hai, wo bhi Gurgaon mein 2 projects mein fraud karne ke baad 3rd project bhi launch kar diya.

Aap sahi to bol rahe ho pardarshita to honi chahiye . End users ko preference milni chahiye. Sabse jayada paresan end users hai. Investigators ke chakkar me end users kharid nahi pata hai. At the end of day investigators also need end users for selling their flats.

sab mile huye RERA, builders and dealers… Yeh RERA ki guidelines milke decide ki jaati hai so that there are loopholes which benefit the developers and dealers in exploiting the customers

@@ShubhamSpeak7 I didn't mentioned same price however I relate the fomo with price too, so if you compute the price of 19k + interest for 5 yrs, eventually if that's the price then it's not smart investment
