It was about 52 years ago that my master told me; " Free will and predetermination are one and the same". To me that means, If you are experiencing life in ignorance then it is true you have free will if your perspective is from Enlightenment then you realize it is all predetermined And that the free will was only an illusion.

For every effect there is a cause. For every soul there are multiple reasons for birth. If death has to be erased permanently birth has to cease. For that enlightenment is the best way. For him there is no desire. If desire continues birth also will continue. No room for bondage.
